Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're thrilled to hear that you are delighted with the product, though we're sorry to learn about any disappointment regarding the delivery timing, especially for such an important occasion as an anniversary.
To clarify, our next-day delivery service operates from Monday to Friday. As your order was placed on a Friday, the earliest delivery day would typically be the following Monday. We do try to make this as clear as possible during the checkout process. However, in an effort to exceed expectations, DPD attempted to deliver your order a day early on Sunday. We understand the surprise this may have caused given the usual delivery schedule.
Following the initial delivery attempt, we're pleased to note that upon your request, a redelivery was successfully completed on the 22nd. We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.

Very helpful telephone calls while I deliberated over the 4 person picnic basket. I even received short videos helping me see the relative sizes of the options. Looks good too. It is always hard to tell exact shades online.
