Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We have recently upgraded our wine boxes to branded wooden wine boxes. As an attempt to always improve our sustainability efforts, we are trying to remove packaging that can't be recycled wherever possible. Unfortunately, this means that we have had to reduce our ribbon usage where we can.
I'm so sorry that the expectation we set did not match the product you received. We are currently reshooting our wine boxes to include an updated finished image which we hope to complete as soon as possible. Following your feedback, we have updated each of the product descriptions to make this as clear as possible. Excellent Quality
Delighted with every aspect of this hamper ! Starting with a quality wicker basket with belt straps & the contents inside protected by plenty of straw, wonderful packing & presentation.
Whoever brought this this hamper together needs to be acknowledged, the 10 year old Talisker, fudge, cheeses, crackers to the bar of chocolate, rich fruit & nut cake to the jar of whisky & cola humbugs all perfectly compliment each other.
Another nice inclusion was the quality gift card & message. All round it’s a fantastic gift & I would highly recommend it to anyone, you won’t be disappointed!
