Hele Bay Adventures Avis 

Perfect location for a beautiful coastline adventure on the sea. We hired paddleboards today at the best price. The guys in charge were excellent. Will be using Hele Bay Adventures every time we are on this beautiful little beach. Highly recommended

My partner and I did the kayaking starter session with Dan this morning. Really enjoyed the experience. Dan was patient and informative. Putting us at ease and covering all safety aspects. Dan took us round the bay pointing out local landmarks and happy to take photos for us as we went. Would highly recommend.

Enjoyable 2 hour Kayak Tour with Dan while on a family holiday last week. Took in Hele Bay and and then over to Ilfracombe Harbour including numerous coves.

Dan was knowledgeable and engaging and while the weather had turned cooler than the previous days the sea was calm which made access around rocks and into caves easier opening up new areas.

We just happened to come across these guys as we were staying in the accommodation looking out over Hele beach. My partner and I rented two stand up paddleboards for an hour at £15 each. We could of had two hours for £25 each if we wanted but we hadn't tried it before and wanted to see if we liked it first. Everything was provided, we were given the option of wetsuits but it was a pretty hot day so we decided to just go in our bathing suits, but we did have lifejackets and a dry-bag so we could take our stuff out on the water and keep it dry.

We we're given instruction on how to use the boards and on where we could explore around the coves. Overall it was a great hour and well worth the money!

Fabulous. Found these cool guys. Dan. On beach ! Offered us a double kayak for 1 hour. We had so much fun. He was in the sea and took us around caves for no extra charge. Even went and put an extra ticket on car for us so we could stay in the water. Provided all equipment inc cover for Phone. Super knowledgable in all aspects. 100% safe. Wish you so much luck in your venture 10/10

Ocean Terrace - Ilfracombe

Great couple of hours of paddle boarding for the kids with a bit of tuition to start them on their way. Dan was welcoming and the kit was brand new. Thoroughly recommend especially at high tide.

Absolutely fantastic experience! My two children and I did a 1 hour guided kayak tour, Dan made us feel so comfortable and made arranging the session super easy. My 10 year old daughter got nervous while we were out and he was brilliant with supporting and reassuring her. We couldn’t thank him enough, would definitely recommend and next time we’re in the area we’ll be booking some paddle boards! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing experience with my family. Dan was amazing start to finish, and even captured the experience with photos for us, also his son came out with us as we were a little uneasy as it was our first time kayaking.
