Fresh, delicious and easy to prepare
The meals have been easy to prepare and tasty. We have enjoyed the salads that have been supplied because they have been very fresh. It’s been good to try out some new recipes.

Need to change up your diet
We have our second box for two. Lovely food, with awesome menu’s. Generous serving for 2. Delivered when stated, to the door.
Everything is simple to change, skip and follow. A bit of plastic waste, but uses paper when they can. We will continue as the budget will allow.

Delivery issues prompted cancellation
Food is tasty and varied. Costing approx $30 per dinner meal for two people once weekly discount applied.
Delivery was an issue for us, food not arriving as scheduled, finding it hard to get updates on delivery.
At times box not packed with care, ending up with ripped reciepes and missing items which meant you had to make trips to supermarket defeating the purpose.
If you complain you get a credit for missing items which you can apply to a future order but you have to tell them or they don't apply.
We did this for 4 weeks before realising the issues we were having outweighed the quality so we have cancelled.
Our final box arrived with incorrect meals, and the optional extras we added to cart were missing.

Quick and easy to order, prompt delivery but you forgot to supply the BACON for meal number 5 this week delivered on Wednesday 16 Sept so that meal was not to plan.

Disappointing quality control
The first 2 weeks deliveries were ok.
This week Meal 5 had two issues
1 Bacon was missing - fortunately I had some
I checked the other 2 meals - not in there.
2 the onion was old and rotten. This was evident from the outside. Again I had one.
The meal once completed was delicious.

Have been using Hello Fresh for quite some time now and have been pretty disappointed recently. The quality of ingredients is slipping and a lot of the meals have become very basic that you could make much cheaper from supermarket, so getting harder to justify the convenience of using Hello Fresh.

Be careful
Be careful. I was looking at hello fresh , followed their prompts and chose meals etc and having been a past customer who left out of disappointment of quality , all my info was still in system.
I left the page before placing any order but it still placed order somehow. Now they won’t refund what they charged me.
I didn’t place order myself so feel robbed
