Tasty and easy to make
The meals are yummy and easy to make.
I don't think there is enough meat though, I buy a four people box but have to always top up the meat (eg an extra chicken breast etc) to actually feed four, its really only enough for three people otherwise, so that makes it quite expensive- thats why I only get a box occasionally.

There is a range of options so you don't get bored. I'm retired, so I find it convenient and cost effective to use Hello Fresh rather than visit the supermarket where impulse buying is always on the cards!

The promotion enticed me
The promotion enticed me, and broke a cycle of predictable suppers. Quality of food was excellent and recipes easy to follow and adapt to suit home grown veggies and extras for the family. Good work @hellofresh

Overall I'm happy with service but...
Overall I'm happy with service, we recently tried another brand. Then switched back.
My only disappointment would be my last order was delivered after 8pm at night. With no textes or email of expected delays, considering one of the packages was going to be our dinner that night. 🤪

The box was on the courier for 8 hours and when I contacted HellonFresh, they said don't worry abou it. The box turned up soggy and damp. I was not happy

Quality concern
We were really looking forward to the meal, but the salmon was tasteless. So disappointed.
The chicken breast needed to be sliced in half horizontally. This is not easy. I think it is something you should get your butchers to do.

The food was relatively easy to make and tasted pretty good. It always comes on time so we don't have to worry. Compared to other food providers we have tried there a quite a few options, although they are not as diet friendly as some other ones. There are lots of options for kids too.

The food was ok
The food was ok. We are not typically fancy eaters so the food was fine and the convenience was good. However, we just cancelled our subscription 15 minutes ago because hello fresh arbitrarily changed delivery driver and date. We now receive on a Sunday not a Tuesday at any time from 7am to 9am. When we complained to the driver he rang his boss who abused my wife over the phone telling her to shut up and threatened to go to the police to accuse me of trying to hit his driver, which is absolute rubbish. Two weeks ago we had the local rural delivery driver do our deliveries, a wonderful delivery driver who was known and trusted to leave the box on our table.

I am writing to raise a concern about the manner in which our delivery was handled this morning. The delivery contractor arrived at our front door and quite literally dropped the box onto the wet concrete from about a metre high, with no regard for the fact that the box contains food items that can easily be damaged.
We have been loyal HelloFresh customers for many years and have recommended your service to many friends who have since signed up. Because of this long-standing relationship, it is disappointing to experience behaviour that falls so far below the standard we have come to expect.
This type of handling is completely unacceptable, and we urge management to address this issue with the seriousness it deserves. We value the quality of your service and hope that steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again.

Do not recommend
Out of 3 deliveries , only one meal was tasty - the rest were Blah. Some recipes steps didn't make sense.
This week I did not receive an email that my next order date was due, therefore I did not get to choose the meals - instead, they deducted the $ from my account - I called Hello Fresh to cancel the order which is 5-6 days away from delivery but was told I missed the cut off - they selected the meals and there is no way anyone in our household would eat them. I ended up canceling my subscription , they gave me a 50% refund -I told them not to send the food , it would be wasted - the agent said it was too late ..... 6 days away? Unfortunately the quality of food and the online ordering system is not good enough - I would not recommend Hello Fresh.

No fuss, no worry you might not have what you need for the meals.
I love the fact that at least 3 times a week I don't have to think about what I'm doing for dinner when I get home, and I know that all the ingredients will be there.
Also the meals are very yummy!
