I liked this product for several reasons and disliked it for several reasons as well. The graphics and interface was easy to use and visually appealing. For some people, the challenges could be helpful. Having data stored is important to watch patterns and spikes. But, as a diabetic type 2, the readings were so inaccurate on the two sensors I used that the data was not helpful except in a general way. As someone already familiar with dietary management, I found the lingo count system very annoying and not helpful.i did not need product support, instruction were easy to understand and the sensor was easy to apply and stayed on for the entire time I wore it, even with showering and exercising

The application is friendly and easy to understand

Like the freestyle counterpart, they often stop working early. Sometimes I'm lucky if I get 2-3 days out of a sensor. I feel like I either have to go through the ringamarole of replacing and returning or it's a waste of money.

Easy and 99.5 % accuracy

I felt like the Lingo sensor was easy to apply and started working pretty quickly. I don't feel like the information for the data collected was super helpful. I was hoping for more information on what to do when glucose levels spiked or what it meant when they spiked. Especially overnight. Maybe my expectation was more than it should have been.

I learned a lot about how food, stress and sleep affects my glucose. I’ve lost 12 lbs in these few weeks by making changes in my life 👍❤️

Lack of immediate access to your own data makes this product much less useful than it could be. Getting your data is bureaucratic and time consuming and takes much longer than it should.

Super helpful for prediabetics who need feedback on their changes in diet. Nearly instant glucose readings show the effects of foods and exercise. Incredibly valuable to anyone with high blood sugar seeking to improve their health.

Using Lingo has helped me gain a better understanding of how different foods and beverages affect my glucose levels. I learned that many zero-calorie sweeteners increase my glucose levels, while others don't. I also learned that my body responds to carbs very differently from my siblings, which helps explain why we each do better with different eating styles. Rather than tracking my calories and macros, I now use Lingo to track my food and beverage intake, focusing on the foods that help me maintain small glucose fluctuations and avoid spikes.

Strongly recommended as this device gives you a detailed picture of how your individual metabolism responds to food & activities in a way that provides guidance for healthy living including obesity and diabetes avoidance. Even more enlightening when combined with GLP-1 medications, the Lingo insight into most people’s sugar addiction provides data that supports cognitive changes to our daily eating/drinking habits. Totally worth the money!

Never did I expect to learn so very much about my body and the effect that my diet has on it. It has changed the way and what I eat. More planning on health meals and shopping for health food.

This product provides good info for watching glucose levels during exercise, daily routines and diet. After one month of use i have learned what foods and activities influence my glucose levels the most. I have decided to use this product for 1-2 months more since my weight appears to be headed in the right direction. Easy to use and view real time glucose levels on my iPhone. Thanks.

For the most part, this has been a decent product. A couple of times i've had issues with the app recording info, but turning it off and on again (not the actual device, but the app) has reset it to work properly.

I can see why the instructions say not to deliver insulin based on the numbers, because i'm not sure how accurate it is. There have been times when the moment by moment recorder shows one number, but what is recorded on the long-term graph can be 10 to 15 points different. This has been a good product to see the ups and downs, but the numbers themselves may not be reliable.

Love the continuous glucose monitor that provides real time data on my glucose levels. Very helpful information to help adjust my eating and exercise habits. I have had some issues with reliability of the monitors but Lingo is good about providing a replacement when a monitor doesn’t function properly. Video tutorials are quite helpful. I find the Count metric less informative than the tracking profile over time.

The monitor and app were both amazing. Ez to use, painless, so simple. Gave real time data about my eating habits which really helped me make and stick to diet changes. Was only going to do two mos but now I want to sign up for more!

I eat better when I use lingo. My BS are much better

Previously, I thought I was eating well. I had a nutrient smoothie with frozen fruit and oatmeal for breakfast. Boy, was I wrong. The Lingo monitor and app showed me that this combination was causing a sharp glucose spike each morning. I adjusted my breakfast until I no longer had morning spikes. Science beats a hunch every time!

A good product that works great I found out a lot out Amy body and what food does with diabetes it’s just still way to expensive I don’t think I’m going to be able to keep ordering

I appreciated the ability to see my glucose score. But the reporting was inconsistent. My real time glucose sometimes showed outside the healthy zone but my overtime graph never did. Lingo scores were worthless. I could go into the evening with a Lingo score of 0, and by the time I’d go to bed small peaks early in the day would be assigned a score and I’d end up over my Lingo goal. I purchased 2 sensors, first one worked perfectly. Second one stopped on day 10, they sent me a new one. It worked 12 days, and suddenly said my lingo expired when earlier in the day it said I had 2 days left. All in all I learned a few things but not as much as they website led me to believe I would.

Good product and is excellent for tracking blood glucose levels. I am using another app to monitor my diet and carb intake as Lingo doesn’t currently do that.
