I have used this product for years and have always been very satisfied with it. However the last year it seems like there has been a change. It doesn’t work at all as good as it did before, I even have straight lashes now something I never had.
My lashes don’t improve at all. Besides that I have to pay almost double because of the import taxes since I moved to Spain so it’s really not worth it anymore. Such a shame.

Did not work for me. Also read all of the Guarantee info because if you open any of your bottles you don’t get a refund you get a store credit or an exchange for something sold in the store. As a
guy their is nothing in the store a man would want. You also have to pay to ship it back. Their is a phone number to call but basically the only communication is e-mail. Overall I am very disappointed with the product, customer service and wish I had only bought one bottle.

There shipments to UAE take ages to arrive & no help from the customer service team. Ordered nail serum since May 31st to date nothing received. I guess that was my first and last order

I’ve used this product as directed for over a month with no noticeable difference in my lashes. Although it came highly recommended by a good friend it has been a waste of my money. It took an exceedingly long wait to receive after purchase with no updates.

I have used both the brow and lashes products before with great results, but I just purchased both again and the brow serum caused a severe rash on and around my brows. Approximately 2 weeks later and the rash still hasn't completely healed. I immediately threw both products away, because I didn't want to risk ending up with the same thing happening on my lash line.

I received a newsletter for a discount on every product on their website...
It doesn't work... I wrote for support, but nobody answered me.
Not sure there is a customer service... It makes me think also products sold are a kind of scam

I bought it on march 8th it arrived on may 7th with €10.24 to pay for shipping and customs ( which were meant to be free) I HAVEN'T tried it yet! My feedback is only on there shipping and hidden costs.

With all the bundles and discounts they offer, I can get premium products without breaking the bank. It's a win-win for my beauty routine and my budget!

Horrible customer service. The package didn’t get delivered despite following up repeatedly. It got delivered in the United States and not where I reside. They didn’t even send me a mail to track delivery and didn’t even refund my entire money upon cancellation. Please think twice before buying from them as it seems more of a marketing gimmick

I ordered a bundle of a product I liked at a great discount. My credit card was charged but I had not received it. I reached out 3 times to find out the status of my order. They got back to me finally and stated that they were sold out of the product. The ironic thing is that I had received an email advertisement from them that day with that exact bundle available for a higher price. It seems that the bundle was no longer available for $50 but they would sell it to me for $99. What a scam.

Grey away is a scam product. When you get the product, you will see immediately is not enough serum to cover your whole scalp for consistent use (supposed to be twice a day!)- if you do, one of those tiny bottles that is supposed to last a month won’t last more than a week. I decided to use it on my temples where I have the most grey hairs to give the product a chance. The sticky brown serum is gooey and makes my otherwise dark blond hair look mousy and dirty, so I have had to apply it only at night and wash my hair the next day. I have not seen a reduction in greys. Liaison also didn’t charge appropriate taxes (GST) or use a proper broker when shipping to Canada I got hit with extra tax and a processing fee (total of 15% in my case) to pay at the post office on pick up (ordered from Canada). I threw out my money and time and I hope I’ve stopped someone from doing the same.

Does not do as it claims as it's just a temporary 'molasses' smelling mixture! Bought in late Dec & used it straight for 2 months using the tiny bottles they give you--its not enough to even cover greys for a few weeks & had to use sparingly. Gave it a chance but clearly did not change my grey hair 'melanin' to dark as powders can do the same but even better. Do NOT waste your $$ please as less is. or more & those tiny bottles are a waste too as need at least 9-12oz. at that cost!

This may work for others but unfortunately it didn’t work for me even with consistent use. I’ve actually seen more white hair growth than seen a reduction. As I did not want to pay for my own shipment back to the US from the UK in exchange for store credit to use on another product that will most likely not work on me, I decided to leave a fair and honest review instead. Don’t bother wasting your money on this serum, it will not work to revert grey/white hair. Maybe it provides other hair health benefits but it didn’t make any difference to the pigment.

UPDATE:
They said they would refund me the amount for the unopened product and an exchange for something else for the opened (empty) product if I sent them both back to the Las Vegas address they told me to send it back to. I paid £14 for tracked postage via DPD and they said to provide the proof of postage, which I did, and the tracking, which I did. They said they’ll refund me when they receive the products. I tracked the product to Bell Gardens, California which was the last recorded location on 25th April and it’s now May at the time of writing this update. When I emailed Her Liaison, they have continuously ignored all my emails and message on Facebook and Instagram. They finally got in touch and I was given a full refund in the end, I just lost out on shipping the items back. Amended from 1 to 3 stars for this reason.

Fraud, Scam run from this company. I placed an order. Tried to cancel way before it shipped. They don’t answer the phone, text or email. They don’t offer refunds only store credit . They threaten laws suits ( I kid you not check the return policy) if you refuse the charge on your credit card ( chargebacks ) . That is EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES). I have received robo calls threatening small claims for freakin $59.99. I have refused delivery and demanded my $$$ back. We will see. But I promise you I will get the word out to help others !!!!!!

Ordered my serum 3 weeks ago but never received them. Contacted customer service but got no reply at all. Did I got scammed not sure what is going on.

4 months, every night NOTHING! Waste of $82. Shame on you Liaison Lash! Shame on me! Absolute rubbish
