Used product for years & it used to work up until 12 months ago.
HAVE HAD 5 EYE INFECTIONS FROM THIS PRODUCT! (Did not touch eye with applicator, threw out old serum & started new one).
CALLED COMPANY TO RETURN (SO CALLED 30 DAY RETURN POLICY), DOES NOT ANSWER & DOES NOT RETURN CALLS!
TRIED TO LEAVE AN E-MAIL TO RETURN PRODUCT, BOUNCED BACK TO ME!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I agree with the reviews from other customer, below are the summaries from my experience.
1. If you place the order, and wants to cancel right away, they said they can't cancel it. You have to wait till you receive them and send it back, and pay the shipping fee yourself.
2. Shipping takes a month, and yes the product is from China. They won't ship until a couple of weeks later so make it even longwer.
3. They promise 30 day return, only for item not opened you will get a refund, but again you have to pay shipping and the return process takes forever.
4. If the item have tried and not working, you can't return only for a refund but you can get a store credit, but again pay the shipping back, and they don't have a process of how the store credit work.
5. They don't listen to what you say, they have the standard response to your email and it takes forever to respond.
6. The product itself: the grey hair serum is 15 ml, but the bottle is 3/4 full, and the instruction says use 5ml each time, twice a day, which means one bottle only lasts 1.5 day. But on the website they said the 3 bottles last 3 months. Show me the math.
7. The hair grow serum is super sticky on the hair and does nothing.
8. The grey hair serum have not shown substantial improvement.

This is an honest review to help you decide if you want to buy any products from them.

RUN - DON'T WALK! HORRIBLE COMPANY PRACTICES!

I placed an order accidentally for the hair serum. Less than five minutes after placing the order, I contacted the company and asked them to cancel it. They refused, saying the order is already being processed - within 5 minutes????? Fast forward, I never received the product and contacted them that I wanted a refund. They refused and said they will reship! I told them I do not want the product! I am still waiting for a response and a refund. STAY AWAY!!!!

I am trying the Gray Repair Hair Serum. Unfortunately the box that holds the bottle was ripped and open and the bottle seemed used as it was slight open and dried out serum was on the outside of the bottle. I contacted customer service and upon review they were very nice and reported to replace the item.

I have been using this for years and I've been very happy with it.

I placed an order for 2 bottles of lash serum. Received an email confirmation. 2 hours later I received an updated email confirmation that added 3 more bottles of this serum??? What? I was charged for all 5 bottles when I only ordered 2! I contacted customer service about it and they said I could just return what I didn't want. Well I only ordered 2 bottles so I shouldn't have to deal with returning anything. Come to find out you can only receive a store credit with a return. What the heck. This is really bad on so many levels....don't care if the product is good or not ...based on this I will not order anything again from Liaison Growth.( I order a lot of things online and have never had a situation like this.

I bought the hair serum, but it came in half a bottle. It's just a scam. I haven't seen any results yet, either. Their customer service is too bad. when I asked for the exchange or return of the product, They said I had to pay for the shipping.

It's mid January and I ordered this product November 20th and it still hasn't arrived. Terrible customer service when following up. Obviously they do this to everyone if you look at their return policy and when you can challenge it through your credit cards. Not worth the hassle and better products on the market.

The serum for the hair smells like alcohol, is not a serum, it is from China. The product didn't come sealed. I feel taken and I think this is a pure scam.

I bought 2 tracksuit bottoms 2 for 28 euro I went back to change one because they had the wrong tag on it and picked out another at the same offer because they hadn't the size of the original one I had to give 4 euro extra even though they cost the same it was only 4 euro but that is an absolute rip off the manager was not one bit helpful a horrible place to shop never again very bad stay away and watch how they try to rip you off I'm fuming.

False advertising. I have been using this hair serum for 2 month, and I don’t see any improvement or difference. The product turned out to be from China, so the delivery took a long time. I feel like I'm getting scammed with this product.

I have been using the lash bond for over 4 or 5 years now and I swear I can't live without this stuff. It makes my lashes so long Luscious and healthy looking. I thank liaison so much for the product they've come up with because it's literally changed my life. Just try it you won't regret it!!!!

I recently used the eyelash growth serum to help regrow eyelashes and was amazed! I had eyelashes glued on and was having them filled every few weeks for a lot of money and I eventually lost my natural lashes. I purchased this product in hopes my natural lashes would grow quickly again and that they did ! They came back longer and thicker in about 6 weeks. I have had many compliments on my lashes since.

My ordered seem to get diverted to the wrong city. Lauryn sorted it out and got the address corrected. She was quick to reply to my emails each time. She also sorted out a damaged product by sending me another one. Excellent service, Lauryn.

Not only do I love all the Liaison products their customer service is also 5 star! This is a top shelf company!

The product has made a huge difference in a few days. But the customer service is even better than the product.

I've ordered many Liason items for years because their product works. My most recent order needed a replacement so I contacted customer service and Lauryn responded promptly that a replacement would be sent. Weeks pass and I didn't receive delivery, therefore I informed Lauryn and she was able to track and expedite my order. Because of Lauryn's incredible customer service skills and going above and beyond, I'm a customer for life.

I absolutely love the eyebrow and lash serums from Liaison Growth! Both my eyebrows and eyelashes have grown longer and fuller! I had a simple issue with the product and emailed the company and they were excellent in their customer service and resolved the issue by sending me replacements, free of charge! I highly recommend doing business with their company and highly recommend the quality of their products! Thank you Liaison!! ❤️😊❤️🥰
