I contacted customer service, because I hadn't seen any new notifications since I had ordered 2 weeks prior. I got a response right away, and the package was actually shipped out the next day. I received my order 2 days before the expected delivery. I appreciate the great customer service.

My serum arrived with the rubber top ripped so I couldn’t use it. I emailed and received a response quickly. Lauryn shipped out a new bottle and I didnt have to return the damaged product. I love their products and the customer service is excellent! Thank you Lauryn!!

I wrote about an issue with my order and received a response stating the issue would be investigated. Subsequently I received an email stating that the missing products would be replaced and were being sent out. Service was effective and efficient. I really appreciate the quick response and the resolution. Great company to work with. The products work and the customer service is fantastic!

I got the Liaison Lash Root Activator for my wife because she’s been talking about wanting thicker, longer lashes without all the fuss of extensions or heavy mascara. Honestly, I didn’t know much about these things, but I figured I’d give it a shot. Turns out, she’s been loving it! After a few weeks, I noticed her lashes look fuller and longer, and she’s super happy with the results. She keeps saying it’s super easy to use, and she’s impressed that it doesn’t have any weird chemicals. If you’re looking for a gift that’ll actually make your wife happy, this one’s a winner. Happy wife, happy life, right?

Ordered two bottles of serum on August 10th 2024. I still haven't recieved them and it's September 11. I've emailed and seem to get an automated response that shipping is delayed. They are just now showing they've been shipped however no movement on tracking. They only shipped because I sent an email asking for my money back.

This company is amazing. I emailed them with an issue I had on a delivery. I received a very prompt email back with a solution to my problem. It was awesome customer service. Thank you again. Regards Grace.(Haven’t used the product long enough to comment)

I had a product arrive with a broken dropper, allowing product to leak in the box and couldn’t be fixed. Lauryn was quick to respond and had a new product shipped right away!

Absolutely worth 10 stars! Love love love this product, 100% works. My lashes are so long now they almost touch my brows! Everywhere I go, I get comments on my lashes. Ppl can’t believe they are real. Can’t wait to try the brow bond.

I had an accidently purchase , i tried over and over to returned it back since i bought ; but no way !!! the mails no respond at all , the phone # never picked it .

Something I cant understand about , the Costumer service is not available; only I get reply by automated message. Same thing with the company email. I with there’s a way to reach them .
Once again I like the company products, but I don’t like how they treat the customers .

The shampoo and conditioner work well for my hair. I am losing less hair than with other products I used in the past. Recently my order got lost (1x completely, 1x I was shipped a different product from a distributor). The customer service was really responsive and helpful! It took a while to get it but I don't think they could provide me with better service.

I love this product as I have tried other more expensive ones and they don’t work like Liason. Fantastic customer service also.

I noticed that my lash root activator smelled funny (skunky) and reached out to customer service. Lauryn provided quick, helpful information, confirming it wasn't supposed to smell like that and my product was replaced immediately.

I just wanted to try it cuz it was a sale because it was on sale they charged me for 3 because of because of a subscription that I didn’t even want and I emailed multiple times asking how I cancel my subscription and they tell me I can do it through my account but there is no option for it so I will be contacting my bank this is fraud I’m not using this company again

This company is a scam.
They advertise their products by bombarding you with emails and lure you in with deep discounts. They also state no-risk, easy, 30 day guarantee when you order their products.
Then it arrives, in a strange cardboard box with some strange person as the sender. I tried the products and was severely disappointed. Then tried to initiate a return, and call them as is suggested in the first order email. No-one answers the phone ever.
Then I go to the website and read the return policy small print:
"We offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a store credit (returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another item of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge.
All items you wish to return or exchange must be shipped to our warehouse at your expense. If you are exchanging your item(s) we will cover the cost of shipping the exchange item(s) to you.
Store credits and exchanges are given as long as a the request is communicated in under 30 days of you receiving your order."

So basically they do NOT refund your money, you have to ship it back at YOUR expense, and you can only receive a STORE CREDIT, ONLY once they acknowledge receipt of the return, and the products are severely marked up so your store credit barely buys you anything. And here is the kicker:

"Disputes and Chargebacks

By making a purchase on this website you agree to not file a charge back or a dispute for any reason within 30 business days of making a purchase. You agree to send us an email to _______ to resolve any payment issues you many encounter with us and you agree to wait 30 business days before contacting your bank, payment transaction processor or payment gateway to file a charge back or a dispute.

You agree to be liable for damages and business losses due to charge backs or disputes made by you within 30 business days of your purchase, and you also agree to appear in small claims court and be liable for our attorney’s fees."

This should be revealed when you place the order, not hidden in the small print!!! Is this even legal? I would like to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Moral of the story: DO NOT BUY

Yet another disappointing FB ad result.

Well what can I say! I bought a few things in the desperate attempt to stop my thinning/loss of hair! I have tried a couple of other brands which didn’t really help. I probably should have just gave up. I ordered a few things which came to well over £100 but with discount it ended up £85 something as I completed my order it came up with an advert about why not try our starter kit for the price of £30 something. Thought I was making a saving but ended up making two order!! Put that down to my bad judgement 🤷🏻‍♀️ So waited a fortnight still no delivery, contact customer support to be told it’s on route! A couple of days later I get a letter saying my parcel is held up at customs in Germany and for it to be delivered I have to pay further £62! My first thought was it was a scam but contacted customer support again to be told this was correct 😡 I told them I no longer want their products and can they issue a refund! Then I am told I will have to leave parcel at customs for the 21 days and then one the parcel is returned to them I will get my refund!!! I am absolutely disgusted by this I have been out of pocket since 3rd of July and I can bet money they will end up saying parcel has never been returned!

The company can be more transparent about where their products are manufactured. Despite their website claiming the products are shipped from California, my last order was shipped from China. I would never put a product made in China on my delicate and sensitive eyelids so I asked for a refund. Since I opened the boxes before noticing that they shipped from China (on the Shop app) they would only give me a store credit for more products made in China. I am so not impressed with their integrity and customer service.

To be fair their lash and brow serum does work. Lash within 3 weeks and brows it can take 6+ months, but there was definitely growth.

Their customer service needs a lot of work though. I purchased 3 grey hair serum because they'd established brand trust. It was not cheap. I received it and can confirm it was not good. With each application you're left with OILY hair I couldn't believe how bad it was. Immediately oily even after you've just washed and dried it. So o tried to return it and give the feedback and they won't even refund me because I bought it a couple of months and have since closed that credit card I purchased it with and bought a new one. They eventually reluctantly offered a store credit but I am already stocked up on at least a years worth of brow and lash products and don't need anymore. Disappointing customer experience especially from what was - a return customer. Will not be buying from them again. They have also doubled their prices from what it was 2 yrs ago when I first purchased.

They are a scam, automatically charge you for products you never bought, do not refund the money. The support email bounces back and through facebook they refused to refund the money. Be careful, a lot of reviews on product review warning you of this. Unfortunately I saw them after they scammed me.

I ordered the 3 bottle special back in march. After waiting 4 weeks and still no delivery i contacted them and asked for a refund. They asked me to be more patient. I waited 11 weeks for the product to be delivered contacting them 4 times for a refund only to be fobbed off with 'please wait a little longer' In the end they blocked my email so i couldn't pursue a refund. Not a good experience and will certainly not be purchasing off them again given their lack of transparency and honesty

I've used this eyelash serum for 2 months now and seen no improvement. In fact, I would say my eyelashes seem thinner and shorter than before! Waste of money!
