This company runs out of product. Doesn't ever contact you. Then charges you anyway!! Had I not went over my credit card bill with a fine tooth comb they would have been paid. In my books they are thieves!! If they didn't want to let me know they were out they could have at least not charged me.

The company was out of stock when I placed my order. I was not told. They immediately charged my credit card. The bill came a month later. Still no product! THAT IS STEALING IN MY MIND. They never should have charged me until the product was shipped. I bet there are lots of people who never looked at their credit card bills and were charged for something never received. If they did it to me I'm sure they have done it to others!!

I’ve placed order twice and I’ve only received 1 order. I’ve sent an email to the support and no help from there at all. I want to cancel my last order. Very bad experience overall

I’ve been waiting for my package for more than two months. When contacting with the help support they try to send me another package a month ago. It didn’t arrive. Every time I ask for my money back since I payed the insurance they stop answer my emails. I’m very very unhappy with their services and help support!

I have had this product for over a month for my eyelashes and I have not seen one improvement. Does not work for me waste my money.

I have been using this product daily for several years. I get compliments and told how beautiful my lashes are by strangers regularly. It originally took going through a tube to start get others to notice. Keep that in mind. I've had zero irritation. It is so easy to use. A quick swipe on my lash line after a shower. I do my upper and lower lashes. The price is good and the product is great. You won't regret it. It is the real deal

I ordered the shampoo, thought I ordered conditioner and serum, but accidently ordered 3 shampoos and a serum. I contacted them and was told I ordered 3 shampoos and a serum, why anyone would purposefully order 3 shampoos and a serum, I don't know. I did like the shampoo until the third use, but now no longer, the serum is watery, and my hair has a greasy feel to it when used. But to make matters worse I ordered the Lash Bond by accident but wanted the Mascara Bond, sent it back at my expense, and requested the Mascara Bond, it is taking 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. Never again will I order or recommend HersLiaison, Customer Service is patronizing. Buyer Beware

Really poor customer service and extortionate fees for shipping which are not clear to customer.

No help with returns or support.

Product received was cheap and ineffective.

I've been using the liaison products for years and they are the best on the market.i would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been using Liaison products for over 3 years and love them. Lash & Brow are amazing! I have just ordered the Hair Bond 3 step system and looking forward to the results!

I've seen a review that said the good reviews were probably fake or paid. They aren't. Because I would have given a rave review from when I used to buy it every month for a year straight in 2020. I used to order from them a few years back every month and it was great. Shipped within 3 days of ordering and the product worked so well. The lash serum. Fast forward to last month. I gave rave reviews to my mother in law about this place so she placed a huge order. It is now a month later, still no tracking number and when reaching out to them they give run around answer's and refuse to cancel or at least SHIP the damn order!!! So embarrassing when you recommend a place to someone and that place goes and rips the person off!!! We have both tried to contact them multiple times and nothing is happening. We are about to report them to the better business bureau and report the charge to the credit card company to try and cancel that way. I don't know what happened over these last few years but something has certainly changed!

These people are criminals. I placed an order for some items on 12/31/23, and after doing so, the website offered me an item for $10. I accepted the $10 offer. I was taken to yet another offer for something or the other, and I don't remember how much they were asking for, but I didn't want anything further, and I REFUSED THE SECOND OFFER. After my refusal, I was taken to my cart and shown my original purchase plus two fraudulent $47 charges. I say the charges are fraudulent because they baited me with an offer of 1 bottle of a product for $10 and switched it to five bottles for $47, AND they added a $47 product that I flat-out refused. I emailed the company before they shipped the order, explaining the situation, and I asked them to cancel the extra items. I was told that once the order was processed, it couldn't be canceled, which is just stupid, especially since I told them I refused an item that was added. I asked for the return information and was not given the information until I sent yet another email. I was given a return address but no attached return shipping label. I'm not paying to ship back products to have my illegally stolen money returned to me. The next day, they sent me an email with DHL tracking information, and I can tell you that the status has not changed within five days. I have started cases with PayPal about these charges, and they are just as useless, so if I ever run an internet scam, I will be sure to allow my victims to use PayPal (eye roll). Also, when I tried to cancel the two charges with PayPal, I had to do so via the cancel a subscription route, which was odd because I DID NOT sign up for any subscription with these criminals. Now, I think if I had not gone into PayPal to cancel, I would have been charged periodically for an item I only wanted to try at a discount and for items I didn't ask for and DID NOT WANT. I was willing to give this company a chance, but at this point, when the package arrives, if it ever arrives, I will be refusing the entire shipment for a full refund. The tracking information says that the final delivery will be completed by the USPS. I can refuse because the package contains an item I told the seller I didn't want. It seems that USPS will not allow people to refuse packages of items they purchased online unless it is an item I told the seller I did not want, which is what my documentation to the company and to PayPal show.

I started using the brow product and it really worked to grow back the front section that I'd over plucked for many years as well as thickened my brows to the point that I no longer need to use eyebrow pencil. This took a couple of months. Note *During the time I used the product I also used a brow brush to help stimulate the area. Because of my positive results with my brows, I decided to try the hair growth product, as my hair was looking thinner at my part and at the hairline where people typically start to see receding. I ordered the 3 part system. When it arrived, the package containing the shampoo was wet and sticky as the lid had not been sealed tightly. I sent an email to the company to make them aware of this for quality control purposes and immediately received a response with an apology and promise to send another bottle of the product which I received within a week's time. I have been using the products for a couple of months now - washing & conditioning every few days and using the spray Hair Bond product 2 times a day (morning and night). I separate my hair and spritz along the part lines then use a silicon scalp massager. I recently went for a hair cut and my stylist (without any prompting from me) said she saw new growth all over my head. She could tell because the new hairs were thinly tapered at the top. She's eager to tell her clients about the products and also to try the brow product on herself!
And now - I think I need to try the lash bond product. It would be nice to have thicker, longer lashes - especially when I go to the gym without makeup on. I confidently recommend Liason products. Just be a little patient waiting for results. It doesn't happen over night.

Her Liaison lash serum is an amazing product. I've been using this item on and off for over 3 years. I've tried so many brands, but with sensitive eyes, it's hard to find one that doesn't make my eyes swell up. This product makes my lashes long and full while never irritating my eyes. I'll be a lifelong customer. Oh, and I am a licensed cosmetologist.

Was a bit sceptical from reading reviews BUT I ordered 8 bottles… yes they are small ish however they did arrive and after I emailed them they assured me they would arrive in around 20 days (and they did) PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL BE CHARGED CUSTOM TAX BY POST IN UK… I had to pay just under £20.. I’ll be honest I’ve noticed a difference after just two weeks - I’m also taking supplements from purolab - I will post before and after pics in around 10 weeks - spritz on dry hair not scalp and I just run through with my fingers.. then lightly blow dry - not greasy so you don’t have to wash your hair everyday… all my questions from Jenny (if Jenny exists) ha… where answered - all in all WORTH IT x

Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. This is a scam. Took my money and no contact and no product. DO NOT ORDER.
As of today, 11/1/23, notified by trust pilot that they would like reference/order number for “more information.” This is impossible as no email confirmation nor order number was sent. Multiple times trying to call the company as well as emails with no response—even though website alleges quick response.

Exceptional customer service!
Ordered the shampoo, conditioner and hair serum.
The serum bottle was faulty and the lid sheared off after a few uses.
I emailed through with photos and literally got a response within 5 minutes to say they’d send out a replacement with no charge!
Will definitely be ordering again.

I tried this product about 3 years ago and it worked well, I stared using it again 2 months ago ….and absolutely no change, very disappointing
