I had a positive and prompt response to a delayed delivery, which instills confidence in the company. My query was handled very professionally and I felt validated straight away! Thank you for the excellent service!

I would give it 0 stars .. I placed an order on August 18.. paid 79 dollars .. ( they charge your credit card before they ship your order). It is now 7 weeks and I still haven’t received my order ( along with a free item for my troubles) tried calling the phone number on their site 20 times and no one answers the phone .. email customer service and receive the same answer again and again that they should have the stock within two weeks .. Now I want my money back … will see how that goes .. the product might be good but you most likely won’t receive it .. Does anyone know the parent company? .. just want to speak with a human being ( not sure if Jenny exists??😡😡😡

I purchased the Hair Bond shampoo and when the product FINALLY arrived I found it works great. As of right now, the amount of time between ordering and receiving the product is closer to a month, far more than 3-5 days. I was told by c/s "normal shipping is 10-20 days." Not sure where that timeframe for shipping comes from. But the product works well, and I will be ordering more items.

I am using the shampoo & conditioner & love it, I’ve not used the lash products but will give them a go at some point.

I received my shampoo & conditioner in around 3 weeks & 1 of the bottles pump wasn’t working - I emailed them to advise in case it was a faulty batch but I could still use the product. I had an email advising I would get a delivery replacement free - which came in less than 2 weeks - a fantastic gesture & customer service point.

I have been using the products daily for around 3 weeks & can see a difference in my hair for sure. I lost hair due to having surgery & long term extension wearing so I am keeping my hair chin length whilst it rebuilds & repairs & I have to say the thickness, & depth is now becoming more noticeable.

I willl continue to use the products & my second set is ready & waiting.

Scam company! I ordered on August 21, 2023 and still not received the products as of October 5. They keep sending me offers and discounts encouraging me to order more, but can't tell me when the original order will arrive. They supposedly have had overwhelming orders. If they don't have stock, why are they sending me almost daily emails asking me to buy more? Avoid them like Ebola!

Great product and really works!! I use to have a ton of hair falling out everyday when I showered. Now I barely have a few hair stands when I shower and after brushing. Product works!!

DO NOT order from this company! I paid for my order 3 weeks ago and it’s still “waiting for pick up.” They do not communicate at all. I have also requested that they refund my payment (which they assured me they would). To date-NOTHING! I will dispute this with my credit card company. Save yourselves a lot of stress-DO NOT order from Liaison. DO NOT!

They have been provide me “Promo code” and told me I’ll get commission if people use my “promo code”
It took months to get my commission. But I got paid 2 times, finally.
and all of sudden, the website they provide me to check my commission was down. And I could never access it.
Since I can’t check my commission but I did know couple of my friends used it, I’ve been sending emails to customer service, asking “when do I get my commission and how much I have ?”
They ignored my message for MONTHS and finally replied, saying

“At present, our commissions program is inactive and unavailable.”

However, my promo code is still valid. And they never inform or discuss with me that they’ll stop commission program until I asked them, for MONTHS !!!!

Well… their product worked for me and I loved them, so I decided to forget about all this BS and re-order my favorite product…. And then they canceled my order !!!!!
Saying
“Our decision to cancel and refund your order is based on our terms and conditions, particularly regarding reselling.”

Even through I have never sold this product.

I guess this company is just pissed about me that I complained about commission, and doesn’t wanna sell their product to me anymore.

Have used this product for years. Works absolute wonders. I will never switch it up after the success I have had with this product. Constantly get questions asking if my lashes are real. OBSESSED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.

I have placed an order 4 weeks ago, and I am still seeking for their customer support. They are not replying to mails, not answering the calls, I have also requested a refund for my order but got no response.

This appears to be a scam company. I placed an order 14 Aug. Shipping was stated as within 1-3 days of order. Heard nothing for 2 weeks. Emailed and had a response saying it should have been shipped within 3 days of order, asked me to confirm address and said warehouse would be in touch within 72 hours. 4 days later, heard nothing and now not responding to emails. Raised claim with PayPal and awaiting result. Reviews I saw were good, but maybe they are fake or paid reviews.

***Beware SCAM*** Do not order from this company. I thought I was on the Sephora website, but once purchased gave me another company name. Scam. Customer service difficult and rude. DO NoT PURCHASE!!!!! Was very difficult to get a refund. Customer service continued to tell me they could cancel my order once placed even though I literally placed order that same day I was asking for it to be canceled, it hadn’t even shipped yet. Then they proceeded to tell me that it will ship to me and once I get it I can ship back on my own time, to another country. Shipping would probably be close to what I paid for product. I was persistent and continued to argue as to why they couldn’t cancel an order that clearly hadn’t shipped. Still waiting on refund! Like I said difficult customer service and deceitful advertising!!!!

Should have looked more closely at the reviews. Ordered 04/08/2023. Shipping confirmed 08/08/2023 with a code to track however not giving any results and no response to my emails.Update 22/08 package arrived. I think the delivery update system could be improved to provide correct information regarding delivery as currently it is saying that there is no information available for the shipping number since 08/08. Will review the actual product in due course. Also a response to email would be helpful.

I’ve been using Liaison lash serum FAITHFULLY once (a lot of times twice) a day since beginning of April (today is July 29) and honestly see no difference. Very disappointing, especially since I bought 3 tubes. One of my tubes was almost empty when I opened it :( Guess I’ll move on to a different one to see if I see better results.

The products are amazing! Using my third bottle of the lash bond.
Quick shipment, also very helpfull helpdesk when having questions about the shipment.

When I had first received my order it had been damaged in the post but after contacting Jenny the order was immediately recent to replace the damaged one. The new products have arrived in perfect condition. This is a place I will continue to do business with just based on its customer service alone!

Like the last reviewer, after nearly a month of waiting and contacting the company twice, I was aghast to receive a letter from Royal Mail informing me that I had to pay £72 excise on top of what I had already paid for the products. No where on their website is this made clear, and the duty paid is on the FULL PRICE not the discounted. This is misleading and I'm truly disappointed that they were so underhand about it. Forget long lashes I'd rather have honest companies.

UPDATE: To date, despite chasing for my refund, I have still not received it. That's over 5 weeks now. Initially I was told not to accept the delivery and it would be sent back. Upon receipt they would issue the refund so when I got the letter from Royal Mail I did not send the excise fees. After writing several times I am now told that I should send the products back to get a refund. I NEVER RECEIVED THEM!!! This company is fraudulent. Buyer beware!
