I would have left more stars but here is the problem: I have purchased from this brand before and initially saw some improvement with brows but not impressed with the lash serum, but after 4 months - yes I can see slightly longer lashes so am happy from that point. HOWEVER after placing another order for products, and experiencing some delay, I eventually received a letter from Royal Mail informing me I was being charged Import duties of £80!!! I knew it was wrong and it should have been less than half that, but it is because THE COMPANY PUTS DOWN THE FULL RRP OF GOODS SOLD, NOT THE ACTUAL PRICE THE CUSTOMER PAYS, so the fees charged were excessive. Therefore I refused to pay and it is being returned to sender. Oddly I did not get charged with 2 prev orders for various Liaison products. I did contact Liaison, who did refund me on proof of refusal to accept the order.
I am sure it is against regulations to put such a high value on the customs declarations which I can imagine only serves to benefit the company; because in case of loss I guess they claim back the stated value instead of the actual discounted purchase price - it is not fair to customers affected. This is really bad and as such I likely won't buy from them again because it substantially increases costs. They said they were unable to change their system and put the ACTUAL purchase price for the products on the paperwork... never had this problem before and I buy a lot from overseas. I always try to keep the price below the import tax threshold, but in any event, Liaison putting a value of well over £300 on the package for an order I paid much less than half that figure (and this included taxes and shipping), was absolutely wrong in every sense of the word. It is enough for UK buyers to be put off purchasing larger orders from them.

This stuff really works! My lashes were fuller, longer and healthier. I had taken a break from using this after having multiple surgeries last year. I just ordered more and I can’t wait to use it again!

Can't use it.After three days of use, my eye lids became so itchy. I had to quit using it.I wished I had kept the packaging to send it back.

I emailed Liaison Lash because my order had not arrived in the normally expected amount of time. And, because it was a rather large order, over $100, I was slightly worried it may have been lost because shipment tracking marked it as being delivered however, I work from home and it had not arrived.
When I emailed Liaison Lash Jennifer responded to me immediately and took care of my issue right away. The day after I emailed her, she had my original order filled and shipped to replace the order I never received.
Lastly, when I asked Jennifer where I should return the lost order, if it ever did arrive, she told me I should not return it. I told her I would not feel right keeping that amount of product and she said no, that I was not to return it. I said then, instead of just keeping it, I would share it with my friends in order to advertise for their company.
I have used and loved Liaison Lash products for over five years now. As a woman in my later 50's, it works great at restoring my eyelashes and eyebrows and their mascara is fantastic! It is not clumpy and it coats wonderfully.
And now, I also can say I absolutely love their customer service, also. Five stars all around!

I had a false notification about my Liaison order. Probably a scam. When I contacted Jenny she responded very helpfully and big surprise my order arrived. Not their fault but they certainly were helpful. Feeling very loyal to the company and their products.

The Liaison lash bond really works. People often ask me if I have false eyelashes. I usually send them the link to the site and encourage them to try it! I had a positive interaction with the customer service department too.

I started using Liaison Lash Bond about 2 years ago after I developed an allergy to lash extension adhesive. I had lost ALL of my lashes. Within the first 3 months of once-a-day use, my lashes had returned. By the end of year one, they were longer than they've ever been. I continue to use and I have beautiful long lashes, and I don't even use it daily anymore.

I purchased Hair Bond shampoo and conditioner. I noticed even after only starting the first use, I only had a very small amount of hair loss. Prior to using this product I had severe hair loss. I have used it now three times and it continues to only give me very minimal hair loss. Needless to say I am totally thrilled!!! I am excitedly awaiting the full effect of this product!! When I ordered the product I had requested expedited shipping. I did not receive it in the allotted time after the product was shipped. I emailed Jenny and within minutes I had a return email stating that I would be given a refund for the expedited shipping. Within a few days the money was credited back to my account. I am very impressed with this product and also their customer service is exceptional!!

My last order wasn’t arriving for weeks. I contacted Jenny. Jenny is wonderful with her customer service expertise. Within a few days my order arrived!

Loved the personalized & hands on customer service of Jenny Smith! When I received my orders there was a little leak in the Hair bond product. I emailed them and Jenny answered swiftly, and without asking for any proof or pictures, she replaced it immediately and have it shipped quickly. I never expected how she handled it.
As for the products, Hair bond works wonderfully with me as my friend noticed that my hair thickened! I love the mascara too which gives volume that I wanted. The brow serum works well too. I've seen growth in 2weeks of using it. Really amazing products and customer service 😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰

I was trying to find my other review but I can't find it. Now that I've tried at least 6 different brands I can say this brand actually works. I still get. Full bottles from Amazon but none of the other brands work. I stop using this,well I ran out & my lashes disappeared even though I was using a well known brand. Now I make sure I don't run out. This brand really works & it even gives your bottom lashes alittle tint of brown so it looks like eye liner. I've been using it for a couple years now & I won't stop.

Placed my order on May 18th and it still hasn't even been dispatched!
Emails ignored, very frustrating experience!
Looks like I'll have to file a PayPal claim.
Won't be ordering again.

Same as many, charge you right away, product was out of stock, staff shortages, but I've ordered twice and the emails are the same. Takes a month to receive after asking week after week. then they put MSRP on the Customs slip so I had to pay over $40 in customs for $100 order because the custom slip said it was over $250. Will never buy from again. Product showed marginal barely noticeable results, not at all worth the price.

I have been using the lash and brow serum for 3 years. It has made a considerable difference in the length of my lashes, to the point I can feel them on my sunglasses. My brows were starting to thin out on the outside and after a few months of using the brow serum, I noticed a hair growth. Three years in and it's amazing. You have to keep applying daily to continue seeing results. I found that when I ran out my lashes, my brows started thinning out again. Love this stuff

Service is great, Jenny responds in Customer Service very quickly and is most obliging. As per the three products I have purchased, it’s too early to give a review as only just starting using but hope I will get good results.
