This product just works! It’s amazing. I’m receiving so many compliments about my lashes. Most people assume they are fake. I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

They had some inventory issues earlier this year and some of their products were out of stock. But Customer Service was really friendly and polite. They apologized for the delay and offered me freebies to make up for it. I didn't mind waiting because I know their products work! I love the lash serum; it's probably their best product. I also use their hair bond spray, which my husband uses too! I really saw a huge difference after using their products. A lot of the negative reviews are around a temporary inventory challenge they had, but overall this a great company and their products are amazing. Anyone who's had delays and issues or anyone who's written them off, I encourage you to give Liaison another try because their products are really worth it. And their Customer Support Team is quick, responsive, friendly and helpful.

I love my Liaison Lash Bond! I had short eyelashes and I have been using it every day at night as instructed. My eyelashes are naturally looking longer than ever. It doesn't leave a red line across my eye or make my eyes sore like other eyelash serums. It's gentle and effective. And I've just received my next order of Lash Bond so I don't run out! It took 3 weeks but since it's from overseas that's not too bad.

I ordered the hair bond and didn't receive it. I sent an email to customer service and Jenny reached out to me and apologized. I finally received it a week later due to no fault of the company. My mailman put it in the wrong mailbox. I have ordered the mascara before and love the product.

I changed a lot of mascaras over the years, but it wasn't until I ordered a Liaison Mascara Bond Vol. 1 that I found one that ticks all the boxes. The brush is just the right size to glide over the lashes (and doesn't touch the skin), the amount that it applies is great to either leave light or build more. It's also easy to remove, yet doesn't smudge during the day. Perfect mascara!

I have been using the lash and brow serum every day for over 8 weeks and have seen absolutely no difference at all. Disappointing and waste of money.

Update: I did just receive product yesterday so I wanted to give accurate information. I finally received it a month and a half after they took my order and charged my card. Unacceptable
My original review said this:WARNING SCAM SCAM SCAM. ordered a hair growth serum over a month ago. I’ve never received although they charged my card right away. I have sent three separate emails and each time I receive the exact same message back word for word (suspicious) stating they have been out of inventory but now have stock in and will be sending me tracking information within 24 hours. Each time I never receive tracking and have still not received my product. There is no phone number to call and speak to a live person.

I used the brow darkener and lash darkener for a week.I developed itchy bumps on my eyelids and discontinued use of both products. The rash spread slowly. Currently 3 weeks after discontinuing, the entire orbital area and extending into my forehead is itchy-burning, red and swollen. No compensation has been offered. I am in major discomfort all the time and look horrible!

back in January 2023 i placed an order for starter pack + shampoo/conditioner bundle. it took a month and 4 days to receive this order and i was told "Shipping delays, restrictions, and lack of staff are causing packages to take a month or longer." i have used the hair bond, hair serum, shampoo + conditioner and while i am satisfied with the products; my hair feels softer, hair fallout has reduced a lot, but the delayed shipping is an issue. i placed another two orders in February and March 2023 and again the shipping delays are unacceptable!! i paid for 3-day shipping for the order placed in March and it's been over 17 days beyond the 3-day shipping.

Excellent customer service, my issue was resolved with 100% satisfaction.

My package didn’t move for some time and was possibly even lost. I reached out to the company in a very mean way as I was upset since it had been a while and instead of ignoring me or replying in a mean way as well, the person who replied to me was extremely nice and understanding and said they would take care of it and gave me a code for a discount which at first I had no intent to use at all. Within a couple of days I got my package and felt like they were very caring which encouraged me to try it even more and ended up using the code and they even offered a gift which surprised me. I know that whatever my concern the company cares and will listen and I’m extremely excited to try out and see my results soon.

While this product may work, I can not verify that. I have NEVER dealt with a company that is so poorly managed. I placed an order on February 22, 2023 and to date, March 26, 2023 I still have not received my purchase. On March 6, I reached out to Liaison and asked about my order and I was told "they were waiting on their conditioner and bond serum stock." Having heard nothing more, I reached out again on March 24, and was told, "they just received their shipment." While I was eager to try the products it is not worth the aggravation of dealing with such a poorly managed company.

I ordered on the 17.12.2022 and still did not get my order.

When asking the costumer service they are saying every time a different product is out of stock 🙈
Really unsatisfying as the products are saying online “3-5 days guaranteed delivery”. NOT TRUE!!

You will never know when you get your order, or if you get it 😅 I am again waiting already more than 3 months. This is ridiculous!

They promised shipping in 3-5 days, waited over a month and they said they had nothing in stock and no idea when they would get any.

I would now like to retract the review that I wrote last week whereby I stated that although I really like the product, when I re-ordered I did not receive any email confirmation of my order or any replies to the various emails that I sent - nor had the product arrived which was disappointing, The product has now arrived today - hurrah - so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming that perhaps the contact link on their website is faulty. Again - I do love the actual product.

Due to taking thyroid meds my hair, eyelashes, and eyebrows weren't as full as they used to be. I started using Liaison for my eyelashes and eyebrows and my lashes were really long and my eyebrows filled in, I even bought the shampoo. I stopped using it a month or so ago and would really start using both products again. Please let me know how you can help. Thank you

I have been using Liaison Lash serum for over a year. My lashes have benefited greatly in length and health since then. But I stopped using it a few months ago due to laziness. Big mistake!! They just seemed to get so much shorter and stubbier, my healthy, long, beautiful lashes were not the same. I have since restarted using Liaison, ready to have my long lashes back again. I have learned my lesson!

I used to pay for extension lashes for years and decided to stop because they destroyed my natural lashes.
Today the only thing I can tell you is : ORDER IT and not only one bottle because you won’t regret !
