granddaughter bought a kitchen from B&Q/Heze and when we tried to put it together , no contents list, no instructions and many items missing such as doors, backs ,screws, dowels and some of the units were wrong size. I had to help her because these people treated he dirt at a time that her infant daughter is very ill. Do not buy from these people

the fact we didn't know when we bought it that it came flat pack it took us two days to build it up

Great service and an amazing bed, the assembly instructions aren’t the best but that’s not Heze’s fault, that’s the manufacturer of the Kassel bed.

Great service

The table we ordered is very nice and stable, the only downside is a lot of parts to assemble.

The product turned out to be much better than expected, luckily it was very well packaged as the courier had caused some damage to the exterior by handling it badly. The only improvement I suggest is better communication and information on the order once it had been placed and paid for.

1st class everything from start to finish. Polite, friendly, courteous, reliable and simply the best. These guys have set the standard to another level. Thank you Team!!!
