Highfield Plumbing and Heating Avis 

While trying to service my boiler the technician detected some problems that would be very expensive to repair. Having decided to get a new boiler instead, Highfield Plumbing and Heating turned out to be an highly efficient and helpful provider. Communication with them was efficient. When the day of the installation arrived a young technician arrived who was obviously very well trained and highly knowledgeable of his trade. Not only did he install the new boiler, but he also optimised the settings of the radiators throughout the house, making the system as a whole work better than it had for quite a few years. Highly recommended.

Top job in repairing my heating

I messaged out of hours due to having a boiler failure, I received a quick response and Craig attended the next afternoon. He identified two issues and resolved these. Sadly, the boiler did then have another issue after the previous two got resolved, but Craig attended promptly and sorted the boiler out again. No issues since, great communication, great workmanship and organised service. I’ve now taken out a boiler service plan due to Craig’s reliability and reassurance.

As a follow up to my boiler service, Felix and Craig also carried out a full central heating chemical flush. All radiators nice and hot again. Thanks chaps. Also thanks to Sarah for arranging.

Initial contact with Sarah was really good and we were able to get an appointment that suited our needs. On the day of the work itself, Felix arrived within the stated time slot and wasted no time in getting to work on the problem, although we'd identified an issue over the phone, he was able to think on his feet when it turned out to be something else. He was thorough in his work and polite throughout, would recommend for any jobs you may have.
