My experience was good the only issue I had was I was suppose to receive delivery on the 3rd and I didn’t receive it. The delivery has been delayed.

Competitive price, well packaged on time.
First time using this pharmacy, great service. My order arrived in good time as it was in glass bottles it was very well packaged. Impressed and will likely use this pharmacy again when I need to reorder if it continues to be competitively priced.

Hi Asad,
As explained on the phone you ordered Paracetamol which is a generic product. It states clearly under the image of the product that the brand you receive may differ, as well as saying again at the end of the consultation form 'You agree that if you have ordered a generic product the brand may vary from the image shown on the website'. So I fail to see how we are 'cheater' when we have fulfilled the order correctly.

Unsurpassed service great people to deal with.
My Wife is sadly a regular user of Fybrogel. After running out time to order again. Checked the nett fir prices and Hightown Pharmacy was significantly keener on price and included free delivery for a small spend. Ordered on Sunday afternoon delivered Tuesday lunchtime 😋. Brilliant service and very competitive pricing. What's not to like ? Thanks to team at Hightown Pharmacy who provided great communication throughout my order from start to delivery. Great service.

Rather disappointing and unproductive system
The online system was difficult, lagged and froze, my address was input incorrectly due to this. They couldn't help as I'm in Scotland, I got a doctors appointment quicker. Disappointing waste of time. Awaiting refund as of course, they take payment before processing.

Your review is just flat out wrong.
1. We process 100s of orders a day and noone else has mentioned how 'laggy' the system is. And it was not your address that was inputted incorrectly it was your date of birth hence you could not be identified and we could not be certain you were over 18.
2. We can help people based in Scotland but as per the form you filled out we require their doctors details as Scottish patients do not have a summary care record. Again this was asked for BEFORE you placed the order, but you missed it off.
3. We do not take payment, a pending charge is placed against your account and it is then up to your bank to remove it. We only claim the charge if your order is accepted and posted.
