The company is useless this is a 3rd…
The company is useless this is a 3rd party sorta thing and the skip company they provided to us was called phantom skips … the times provided for drop off didn’t matter they showed up at 4pm on the Wednesday after we contact them .. never informed about the pick up times had them show up at 6am on the Friday to no skip bin …in theory they over charged knowing you basically have the one day with the skip rather then the 3 you booked it for

Your supplier didn’t deliver the bin on time and didn’t contact me to advise that they could not deliver. The service was extremely frustrating and poor

Delivery was 24hours late good job it was for myself and didn’t have builders here
Did get it for an extra 24 hrs though
Delivered the skip with the opening at the wrong end to which I asked but not to much of an issue as it turned out
Still won’t be using them again

I was happy with the price for the size…
I was happy with the price for the size of the bin I chose but they were very late with the delivery I spoke with a rep and was told that I could have an extra day at no cost
As it turned out I really needed that day extra and the bin was removed on time
Excellent customer service and support and the drivers were great too!

Very reliable and efficient
Very easy to organise, Bingo did the permit for us, being a return customer makes things so much quicker. Had a bit of a hiccup with the first delivery but we managed to get the bin delivered the next day hassle free. Always turn up when they say they will and communication is wonderful
