I recently had a Septorhinoplasty with Mr Nishikawa at the Westbourne Centre and I am so happy with the result. Mr Nishikawa is an incredible surgeon and a truly kind man. From the initial consultation, to the procedure, everything was explained in such detail and with kindness. Equally, Mr Nishikawa took time to fully understand the cosmetic goal I hoped to achieve, but was transparent too with what was achievable and best to complement my features and facial proportions. The result is incredible, and I am so grateful for what he has done for me. I would recommend Mr Nishikawa to anyone seeking this procedure, or cosmetic surgery more generally. I would like to thank too the staff at the Westbourne Centre, particularly Carly and Nurse Alison for all the support throughout and no question ever being too much.

There have been many very positive reviews about Mr Nishikawa and the team at the Westbourne Centre, and I most certainly concur with these. I had a basal cell carcinoma removed from the side of my nose, and a skin graft over the resulting hole. Mr Nishikawa patiently explained the procedure to me, and this gave me confidence to proceed knowing that I would be in the hands of a very skilled surgeon.
Follow up appointments went well, and Mr Nishikawa
took the trouble to ensure that he answered my queries about how my nose would appear in the future ( passport photo requirement on the horizon)
He is, indeed, a lovely caring man, and I can only recommend his skills to any seeking cosmetic surgery.

From the very onset of my abdominoplasty journey I have been treated with the upmost professionalism and highest standards of customer care. I had numerous pre-surgery consultations and was provided with thorough information to help guide and support me to make an informed decision.
My surgery went well; on the day I was surrounded my medical professionals who ensured I was comfortable. I am in recovery now and it is a long road; this type of surgery is not easy and Mr Nishikawa expertly explained this to me. The impact and results are clearly evident even at this early stage.
The aftercare that Westbourne clinic and Mr Nishikawa’s team offer, is exceptional. Every query was resolved and my dressing, wounds, scar has been attended to well.
The clinic provided me with dressings, garments and most importantly advice on post operative care. My expectations were managed well and my road to recovery has been facilitated by the great team and Mr Nishikawa.

After my second procedure with Dr Nishikawa, I wanted to leave a review. Novemeber 2023 I had a tummy tuck which I am more than happy with. Novemeber 2024, I had old implants removed and an uplift. This was a really complicated procedure due to the terrible work id previously had many years ago by another surgeon. Dr N, didn’t make any false promises of the outcome, which I appreciated, that being said I also knew that I was in the best hands and if anyone was able to make my previous breasts better it would be Dr N. He certainly did not disappoint. My new breasts are healing amazingly and for the first time in 15 years, I feel confident in my skin and not embarrassed. I can’t thank Dr Nishikawa enough, and his lovely team who have worked on me, and looked after me both times I’ve been in surgery. He is a wonderful surgeon, but also a genuine honest, kind man. Dr Nishikawa is so knowledgeable and wise, he makes you feel comfortable and at ease, and explains everything in a manner that is understandable. He is a really respectful gentleman who is very talented at what he does, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. I’d like to say a massive thankyou to everyone at the Westbourne centre for making my experiences there actually enjoyable! I had no worry’s at all as I knew I was in the best hands !

I had surgery two years ago for a neck reconstruction which I was super happy with. Mr Nishikawa did a fabulous job and I felt ten years younger.
Unfortunately I developed complications with scaring due to my genetic makeup.
Mr Nishikawa is a very kind and compassionate man and did everything in his power over time to put right my scaring.

My initial consultation was thorough and I felt fully prepared for my surgery. I received detailed information about how to prepare for the surgery and communication about timings, what to bring with me, what to wear etc.

On the day Mr Nishikawa took the time to discuss my surgery beforehand. The team also came to say hello and complete any necessary checks.

I then received a follow up phone call from the nursing team and follow up appointments with Mr Nishikawa to check my recovery progress and from the nursing team to remove stitches. I also received detailed information about what i needed to do, how my scar would heal and was provided with the necessary medical equipment.

Westbourne centre is a lovely calm and clean place to visit. All staff are friendly and invested in your care.

I have a further follow up appointment to check progress already arranged. As for the surgery - I am so impressed with my experience, the procedure/treatment and the minimal scaring.

I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care I received during the removal of a large cyst on my forehead. Hiroshi Nishikawa and the entire team were incredibly helpful, explaining the risks and process clearly. They made me feel comfortable and supported me before, during, and after the operation. Their professionalism, expertise, and compassion were truly remarkable, and I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional care.

Although mine was just a minor facial procedure, the steps were thoroughly explained beforehand and the incisions were painless. They healed cleanly and quickly with minimal visual impact afterwards. The support and follow-up was excellent throughout. Thoroughly satisfied.
