Similar to other users, I have not been paid for my rentals. I have complained and chased the payments which were due months ago. I have had many apologies but no action.

Excellent as always! No need to own a car in London when there's an easy and sustainable option to use one when you need it. Booking and accessing a car through the app is seamless + there's always a car conveniently nearby!

Super convenient picking up a rental car from just down the road. It's much cheaper less hassle than owning my own car given that we only need a car a few times a year.

Straightforward and Pleasant
We used Hiyacar for a weekend trip from London to Nottingham. Booking was very straightforward including adding multiple drivers and the vehicle was kept to a great standard. Pick-up and drop-off of the car was very easy.

Super easy, great experience
I had to move houses and my friend hired a Hiyacar van to help me do so. Everything went smoothly and the process was easy. Also, the van was a really good size so all my stuff fit in without any issues.
Would definitely recommend it and use it again.

Seamless, easy, convenient, local
My friend booked a 7 seater car to transport a group of us to and from Glastonbury Festival in the summer. It was from a local owner in Harringay, making it really convenient. It was great that we could add a second driver also. Really efficient and seamless experience.
When I learn to drive in the future, I sure hope that I too will be able to book a car myself. Thanks Hiyacar

My friend booked a car on Hiyacar to help me move house, it was all very seamless and the car was super clean! I wish I could drive so I could rent them myself. I’m moving again soon & know we’ll go with HiyaCar again.

Rented a van from hiyacar
Rented a van from hiyacar, was a great experience and being able to pick it up late at night and drop it off next day helped a lot with flexibility. Fuel included with the van which was great and better pricing than their competitors.

Quick easy & efficient! Lifesaver!
Quick, easy, efficient van hire sorted within the hour when our original rental let us down. Van was easy to activate, find & drive, wouldn’t have been able to move house without Hiyacar!

Upon receiving the vehicle you recently hired, we noticed it was returned in a condition that does not meet our rental agreement standards. The car was excessively dirty and in an unreasonable state, requiring additional cleaning and maintenance beyond the normal wear and tear.
As per our terms and conditions, any vehicle returned in such a condition incurs additional charges to cover the cleaning and restoration costs.
We kindly ask that in future rentals, vehicles are returned in a clean and reasonable state to avoid any further charges.
