No communication at all
Item backordered but i had no communication to let me know. Three weeks passed so i called to find out what is going on.
Communication is so simple. They totally let themselves down.

Forgot I had made my order "collect". Hobbysew Penrith tried to contact me when I was overseas and the call didn't come through. Loretta contacted the Penrith branch who are still holding my order and let me know it was still available for collection.

I sort of knew that I wanted to learn to sew but I didn't have the money to buy me a sewing machine , then my step daughter offered the one she had been given and I really appreciated her for that as that pushed me into buying one .

Lifter Pulleys
1. Pulley’s width was a little wider, maybe for newer lifters. Has to trim it to fit width of pulley slot on side arm of lifter.
2. Postage price of $20 for the 2 pulley was rather high, considering that they are small and very light items.

Have just opened my overlocker and there are missing components. No dvd which I noticed SHOULD be included and no waste tray! Hopefully the machine works better than the distributor who sold me the thing!

How disappointing for you.
The Husky S15 manual states it does come with a waste tray & interactive DVD so we are not sure why there wasn't one in the box. We will chase this up with Husqvarna for you when they return on the 8th January. Our online team will be in contact.
