Kevin at Holiday2 was very personable and helpful. He was quick to respond to my requests for our cruise documents and ATOL certificate which arrived the same day via email. He also helped with an upgrade question, providing options and details to enable us to secure a more suitable cabin. Great service.

We recently booked a cruise with Holiday2.com after seeing a great offer on TravelZoo for a 11 day cruise/stay on Oceania Nautica. The booking process over the phone went very smoothly and the agent Jordan gave us all the information needed to successfully book the holiday and we have now received all preliminary documentation and are now looking forward to our holiday in July 2027.

Holiday booked looks brilliant and we are looking forward to it immensely.The agent was very helpful however there was some confusion around the deposit but that was soon resolved.Some delay in receiving the confirmation but in view of the complexity of some the travel arrangements understanderable
