Hassle free move from Manchester to London
Great experience finding a place to live in London! My partner and I left things a bit last minute for our move, but Vincenzo was happy to help. We saw the flat via WhatsApp, quickly completed all the checks online through a platform called Vouch. In a day or two we had our new place! Very smooth transition, thanks Vincenzo/ Holland Properties :)

Outstanding service
I rented a property with them for almost 2 years and I can say that they are absolutely fantastic when managing a property. All issues we ever had in the property were solved extremely fast. Once the engineer came to the property within 30 min from the moment I reported the issue.
They were always very kind and professional. I really wanted to stay with them, but at that moment they didn't have what I was looking for, otherwise I would have stayed with the same agency. Much better than many agencies around London.
Thanks so much for all the services and care, my flatmates and I had a great time when renting with Holland Properties

Holland Properties at its best.!
Been with Holland Properties with almost 2.5 yrs. There was not a single incident when I called them and they were not available for help. May it be a electrical appliances or may it be a small carpentry work. It was like "Consider It Done" from them. I truly enjoyed my stay under the hood of Holland Properties. It is people who can make it work good or bad and every single individual in Holland Properties is very professional and caring and genuine. I would definitely like to recommend Holland Properties to anyone out there who is looking for good letting agency.

I had two amazing years with Holland…
I had two amazing years with Holland Properties. Stephanie Lacy, their back office lady is just a superwoman and resolved any problems i had during my stay almost the same day. I wish I could always get properties from this agency. Super friendly and helpful staff makes this agency great. Kudos.

Helpful and honest company
I arranged to get a new EPC from Daniel Coleman at Holland Properties who visited me. Besides being very helpful and informative he discovered I still had an EPC from 2009 so I did not require another one.
I want to thank him for being so open and honest.
If all the staff have the same attitude at Holland Properties I will be sure to give them future business.
