We recently adopted a cat from someone who had him microchipped but was unable to find the chip details to transfer ownership. The vet scanned him for his chip number and I was able to locate this chip to being registered with Home Again. It was easy to set up to transfer over the details and he is now registered to our address.

I called them because there had been an issue with my cat's microchip with a different company. They transferred her easily at no charge. I was very impressed with the customer service with which I was provided, and I am happy that my cat's microchip informed is in safe hands.

My breeder initially registered the puppy i got from her with Home Again.

Had to call twice to setup account and transfer my cats' details. Also very poor that there is a restriction that the email address must end .com, .uk, .co.uk, .net, .org, .org.uk, .edu, .us or .io when the ones I use end differently.

We recently adopted our dog and on checking the chip we needed to register a change of ownership. The person we spoke with took all the details and said they would email the previous registered owners to agree the transfer and depending on when they responded but a maximum of 4 weeks this would be done. It has taken less than a week, great service especially over the new year period.
