Free to use and provides comfort
Free to use and provides comfort in the knowledge your pet is registered to you (and you can download a certificate) so in case they disappear, you'll stand a better chance of recovery and proving ownership. Hopefully I'll never have to use it. I did have a bit of a problem registering our pet but a couple of emails later, their customer team resolved it.

The website was easy to navigate, filling in the information was straightforward, just ensure you have all your information to hand ready, for filling it in. It's good to have all your pets registered under company and its free, compared to others who charge.

Fast and free transfer of ownership!
We have just adopted our 18 month old Labrador Cross due to a change in the previous owners circumstances. Having found which database our pets microchip was registered with , it was an easy process to simply phone the local contact number and provide the details We were told it may take 2-3 weeks, but was in fact all completed within 24 hours ! The contact who answered was extremely helpful in explaining the whole process. Excellent service !
We now have account opened and can easily add/ amend details as when we need to.

Kitten Registration
Kittens were registered through RSPCA, have received confirmation email within 3 weeks of adopting them and set up an Account which was really easy to do. Peace of mind that should our kittens get lost they can be tracked back to us.

Seems reliable
Recently had my kitten microchipped with Home Again. Thankfully I haven’t needed to use their service yet, but they were very helpful in helping me to set up my online account. That gave me confidence in them.
