I rang the company to inform them I had taken over ownership of my cat form my wife. The gentleman I spoke to, Robert, was very helpful and described the process to switch registration. Later, after I was notified the registration was complete by e-mail, I attempted to register under my name, but was delayed by some information conflicting with that on the data base. I again spoke to the same gentleman, Robert, who proved very efficient and helpful and corrected the slight problem delaying the registration. At all times the help given was friendly, efficient and everything explained in understandable terms, a pleasure to deal with. I have no problem in recommending this service to any pet owner, Thank you, it was enjoyable dealing with you.

I am trying, repeatedly, to enter the microchip for my horse. It accepts it, I click continue, and I get a fleeting error message in a red box. My first request for help resulted in an email telling me how to login, not helpful. Subsequent requests for help are going unanswered,

i believe this is a different microchipping company than my vets previously used, but it’s so much better and easier. better to use, easier to work, free which is nice to be able to register my pets microchip without having to pay and overall just a really good site. would be even better if they had an app because i find they work better than websites can

Very easy to transfer my pet from the breeder to myself. With no transfer fee. Needed to do it over the phone. Then I was able to set up my account

I had never heard of them before but it was very easy to register and you can add a photo of your pet.

I didn’t even know HomeAgain existed…or any free microchip company to be honest, I thought you had to pay to transfer keepership of a pet no matter what but the process was so easy and fast, emailed the details and within a couple of days it was all done and my new dog is now registered to me…completely free! Couldn’t recommend enough

microchip was initially registered through my mothers information but a short email and they got it sorted extremely quickly. adding my pet to the database was really straightforward. I really liked that you could upload a picture of your pet so if they get lost, it would be easier for someone to identify them.

All I have had to do is register my cat (thankfully!) and it was all very straight forward and hassle free.
