i ordered 2 boneless couches the end of sept 2026 i got emails with tracking notices but then they stopped i was able to contact costomer service and i was able to track it again but started getting fake tracking saying i wasnt home the next one said wrong gate code then it said went back to depot going to try again but then i couldnt get to the website anymore so no couches RIDICULOUS!!!!!

I order 2 and never got my sofas keeps saying they will update in 3 days and never does

I also have been scammed by this social media company and I even researched it and it seemed legit but only to find out that they scanned me ! Pissed off and so sick of people taking advantage of consumers !

I wish I could give them zero stars! Ordered the boneless couch the beginning of October & never received it. I’ve sent numerous emails with no response from Home & Cove. Thankfully I was able to get my money back from the bank, it took a week but I’m just glad I got my money back. Never will I ever do business with Home & above ever again!

I ordered a boneless chair on 10-9-26 it’s now 11-6-26 still haven’t received it never got any email from them and not I can’t even find the website page complete scam!!!!! Never again will I buy anything from a company I don’t know 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND!!!!

I order oct 16th today is nov 4th I emailed the help line asked questions no help at all they told me to contact the company can't contact them I asked for a refund then all of a sudden the page is no longer there

I have been checking my order for the last week or so, I tried to check it again and the website is not working.

I purchased an ice maker through TikTok at Home and Cove, and they kept sending me messages telling me my product was on the way. Finally, the last one told me that the delivery truck had broken down and that there was no way to deliver my package. I checked the tracking the next day, and it wouldn't let me access it; a Safari pop-up kept saying I couldn't access the website. So I emailed Home and Cove and asked for a refund haven't received a reply from them.

Bought couch from homeandcove First they charge you 7.95 in case package is lost so supposably can get money back. There is no tracking and says that as soon as shipped you'll get a tracking number and will be delivered in 7 to 10 days I ordered September 21 it's is now November 3 I was told to contact person delivering it asked how can I when don't know who's delivering it was told truck broke down then was supposably delivered yesterday it wasn't the page on there website where can see the progress of package won't load now and email has changed three times they also tried charging my card an additional 59.99 a week later so make sure watching charges on card these people have made hundreds off consumers and there's no recourse so buyer beware if it seems too good to be true it is

Wished I could give it a minus stars. It was a scam.They kept on updating me saying my pack across delivered.It was never delivered The website has been down. Now I have no way contacting them to get my money back

I didn't want to give any stars! This so called company is nothing but a scam! Made a order September 29, its Nov 3rd. They keep giving me the run around! They gave me every excuse in the world. Incorrect code to get in. It's a apartment, no code needed. What really pisses me off is the boneless cloud sofas (2 of them) were for my granddaughters. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

This company HomandCove.com. do not buy anything from them. This website is a scam and they have committed fraud. Everyone that has order from them needs to get together and file a class action lawsuit or some kind of lawsuit in order for all of us to get our money back and put them in their place.

I ordered 2 couches from them just like everyone else did and it's been 1 month later and I still haven't received them
And I have noticed that if you go to their website now it no longer exists. They took their website down and ran off with our money. And still no couches.

If anyone out there has any legal authority at all can you please reach out to the FBI and the CIA and tell them what we the people have been through. Maybe they can help.

And the fact that there is no phone number or address that is suspicious in itself. That is a red flag right there. All we have is this A.I. crap to talk to .

How do I file a complaint they took my money and I never got my ice maker

I ordered a month ago and still have not received my items! I have several emails and all of them are exactly the same response. SCAM Website!

Never received the order and I've been waiting for nearly 2 months. Every couple of days I'll get a bogus email stating the order was held up for inspections or office closed for delivery. I've tried reaching them at the fake email address and website address to no avail. This is definitely a scam setup.

I ordered from them and these folks stole my money. Now I don’t have access to them nor to the website. This can’t be what the world has gone too!! So we are just supposed to just accept the Loss?!!!
