Ordered my items on the 19 of Oct got three emails and now I cant even get on the site really made me upset. Do not buy from this site it's bs an they steal your money

I ordered 2 boneless sofas on 10-9-26 it’s now 11-1-26 still haven’t received it never got any email from them and not I can’t even find the website page complete scam!!!!! Never again will I buy anything from a company I don’t know

I never received my items couches and it’s been a month and now the website won’t pop up so yall scamming people DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FAKE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY

I made a purchase on 9/13/26 and have several emails and correspondence with them telling lies that the package is out for delivery, couldnt delivery it because they needed a code when I don't have codes. I live in a house and nothing is blocking a way to deliver it. Then They said that it was at the wrong location and had to be rerouted. The site as removed and then came back up within 5 days to give me more BS about no one home and someone had to sign for it. I live alone and was home the whole time. Then I got the message that it was delivered but still don't have the product. No one knows who the carrier is and there isn't a tracking number, only the order number. The customer service team is out of Sheridan WY so I have family that live out that way and will probably have them check out the address and report it as well. I also cant find the original charge so I am reporting them to TikTok as a fraud site in hopes they wont allow them to use them to scam anyone else. I reported fraud on my card as well. I've been going through hell with all of the lies and messages that have gone back and forth with so called customer service reps. The last straw was getting the alert that it was delivered when it wasn't and only being told that someone from the Supervisor care team was looking into it and will respond via email.

Complete scam. Ordered a boneless couch kept saying it was rerouted and then I wasn't home to accept delivery. Now website is gone and the tracking information is invalid

Today is 10/31/26 I order on 9/29/26
Still been waiting been tracking truck broke down, gate code wrong ,I have no gate code now the website of tracking is down . Scam

Ordered 9/29/26 as of this date still have not received said item; they alleged delivery on a Sunday which I was home yet they claim no one was home, next the truck broke down after that they couldn't gain access to my place because of security gate, I dont have a security gate, noe it's at the "depot" waiting for address "confirmation"...SCAM SCAM SCAM

I don't know what's going on with home and cove but they need to be taken down this company is disgusting I went today to ask someone on The Help center about my order and the whole page completely shut off they are freaking scammers

I ordered a boneless sofa on October 1,2026 it took 2weeks before I got a email or a tracking number/code some type of link hit the link nothing was working so I ask for my refund back whoever I was talking to through the email told me they don't give back refunds so every 2-4 days they sending another email saying my package is coming from overseas so it's going to take 22-44 days.today I'm just getting a email saying yesterday 10/27/2026 nobody was home when they tried to deliver my package so they gone try again today 10/28/2026. They don't have a number they also still trying to get money off my card

I placed an order back on sep 09
and after numerous excuses, if shows
my order was delivered on Oct 21. I never received my order. Do not buy anything from them.

I would give them. Zero starts if I could, i order the couch and my dumbass should of known it was a scam. I ordered sept 28th and got delivery updates. But then I realized they said they made a attempt to deliver but stated no one home second notice then stated couldn't access my drive way. What a damn scam!!! Never again.

If I could give negative stars I would. They lie about the delivery make up all kinds of crappy excuses and never deliver the product. They are a scam

Made two orders over a month ago and still haven't received either one. They keep telling me that they will get back to me. That they have to wait for the response of the delivery carrier to decide if I will get my refund or a new order will be shipped to me.

They robbed me of over $40 for two of the cushion chairs that they had on sale for $9. This company is a fraud and scam. I won't stop until they are no longer functioning becuae of thw lies. They kept sending false tracking knowing damn well it was not a product.

I wouldn't even give them one star they're a fake ass company that has told me for 2 weeks that they are delivering my product that I bought you know it's over a month past due for delivery then they told me they can't get into my building I don't even live in a building I live in a house idiots I've requested a refund for the last 3 weeks I still have not received s*** they are a fake company that steal your money do not order anything from them I'm warning you now do not they are a scam

**BUYER BEWARE ** FRAUDULENT COMPANY **
Tiktok is where I saw the too good to be true ad. Like a dummy I fell for it and placed an order for a boneless round love seat which came with a free matching throw blanket. The price was very low, they state they provided free shipping. However they charge you an additional $7.99 "secure deliverary" fee with a30 day money back guarantee. Shipping and delivery within 3 to 5 business days. Though I did receive an email within 2 days confirming my order. It has been 3 weeks now with no tracking information for my order. Just some bogus site that tells me my package is moving through the system. I have tried to contact this company multiple times via the email address they provide with no response. From what I've researched they are a bogus company and at best if I do end up receiving a package from them. It would be a pen or a pin. **Beware**

Been waiting 2 months, said undeliverable yet I love in an ungated house. Also had bank cards charged with out receiving what I ordered plus had unknown charges after I ordered. Don't recommend..
Also reached out to support twice and never received answers.

I place an order for one couch on September 11th the charge appeared on my card and then two days later i-69 charge up here than my card from some place that sells reptiles so I disputed both orders got my money back and cancel my card got a new card I'm still getting emails stating that it's in customs now I mean it's a different email every time so I got my money back but I wouldn't give them any credit card numbers it's a scam
