It didn’t include a plug to plug into the wall. I did have a charger I could use. So it works fine. I don’t know how to tell if it is improving my gums. They look the same.

great company , let me keep my reimbursement because of my integrity. couldn't find my charger, they sent me $20.00 to by one. Later on I found it by taking the plastic out. Called them back to write them a check to pay them back, and they told me to keep it. Wow what a great company.

Bought this in hopes that it will help…
Bought this in hopes that it will help with my teeth and gums. I have only had for two days so can't say if anything has changed yet. While waiting for delivery I got concerned because it sat in the same spot for days, I emailed and someone got back to me right away and assured me that it was on its way. It arrived two days later. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly. Ask me again in 30 days and I will let you know how it does.

How could this possibly work?
There is very little information about use that comes with the Oralux. How do you clean it after each use? Basics like this are not found.
More important is that this feels like a child sized device and leaves a huge number of my teeth without coverage.
I am not happy with the product or the support provided with the product.

Needs a user manual to ship with the product!
The product arrived with little to no instructions, and no user manual. Other than that, I'm using it daily, and it seems to be working fine. Too soon to see results yet.

I couldn’t get my Red Light to connect…
I couldn’t get my Red Light to connect to any of the outlets that I tried to get battery on my Red Light Therapy. I had used it about 5 times and couldn’t imagine what the problem was. Carlos, was my support who said he would send a new connector. I felt relieved that i had someone to fix my problem.

Happy I have tried this product

I expected they would push the item but they answered my question and even suggested that I check with my dentist to make sure I could use it. It took me three or four uses before…
It took me three or four uses before the mouthpiece felt natural. I’m comfortable with it now and the ten minute shutoff works every time so I’m sticking with it.
