Really bad customer service
I bought a Shiatsu Pro Back Massager 3 years ago,product is seldom used,unfortunately the main drive gear has broken up,I contacted homedics who were less than helpful they couldn’t supply spare part but they would give me a voucher for a new massager,(they actually advised me to try EBay) absolutely disgusted with their customer service.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE. You have been warned.

Great product, a bit noisy
I bought this air purifier as I have guinea pigs but also have hay fever so the dust can trigger my allergies. I can really tell a difference in the air and most days I am allergy free. I've only given four stars as the air purifier is quite noisy compared to another make that I previously owned.
Just to add, delivery was really good, I ordered it one day and it arrived the following day which really surprised me.

I suffer from a bad back and have done…
I suffer from a bad back and have done for several years. Any kind of exercise usually results in pulling of muscles regardless of how gentle the exercise is. I saw this advertised on the television and thought I would treat myself. Unfortunately I was unable to purchase one immediately due to no stock in the country! HoMedics have the facility to pre order, which I did. It arrived the day after the mat was back in stock! Excellent service!
I love love love this mat! I use it i the morning before I do anything and sometimes in the afternoon. Just before retiring to bed I also use it because I find it relaxing me so much that it does in fact aid my sleep!
The best and most reasonable investment ever!

Excellent service and an excellent product
I'd not heard of this company before but found them while researching a foot massager that wouldn't cost the earth. The website is very easy to use, informative, has good photos and reviews from customers about the products. Prices are competitive and delivery was super fast. I love my new foot massager (Dual Shiatsu), so glad I bought it!
