What these Yoga stretch mats achieve is clever and very therapeutic.
We have purchased other products from HoMedics (chair massage - easily 6 or 7 years old now; a massage gun - excellent and highly recommended) and have not been disappointed in respect of performance, construction or quality.
Took the next step to TYM1000GB Yoga stretch mat that my wife says was fantastic. We had a minor issue in that one of the programme buttons on the control panel didn't work so the product was returned for an exchange. Customer support was very friendly, and communications were quick and efficient.
Luckily for us the TYM 1000GB has proved so popular that they were out of stock and, so we didn't have to wait 2 or three weeks, we got an upgrade to the TYM1250GB. Wow! It is the better product by far. There is more movement in each of the 6 programmes and the results are exactly what is needed: bliss.
If you can afford the extra cost (not that much more) we absolutely recommend you go for the TYM1250GB.

Amazing product
Amazing product, really helps my back. Really thorough massage. I do a lot of lifting at work and the chair really keeps my back in good condition.

Spinal Stenosis and HoMedics Stretch +
I have a degenerative thoracic condition and previously had a full Lumbar Laminectomy in 2019, spending a lot of money on chiropractic treatment, since receiving my delivery of the Stretch + I have no need to spend any more money outwith this purchase.
Remembering that the settings are there for good reason, break yourself in gently at stage 1 before moving on. It’s amazing how many different movements it carries out while you relax.
To listen to relaxing music makes the whole experience very relaxing.
All in all it is helping me maintain a relatively active life.
