I ordered and paid for a massage cushion from Homedics but did not receive the item. I contacted Homedics and was told they would do nothing to help and I should contact my credit card company.
Failed humidifier with no stock to replace under warranty
Purchased an expensive Homedics humidifier with a 2 year warranty due to our daughter having asthma. The unit failed in under a year and customer service requested receipt, model number, photo of cord cut, etc. which we provided directly. Customer service indicated that a replacement unit was shipping out over two weeks ago and when we requested tracking (due to our daughter having asthma), we were told that the unit is backordered and will ship when back on stock. We purchased due to the two year warranty and this is a theft of services as they cannot replace due to lack of stock. Stay away and purchase from a different company.

I have ordered a heated back massage seat, and it said that I will be texted with a delivery/tracking code within 3 working days. I have not. It's now been over 2 weeks and its been shipped with no tracking number or code. No one has wanted to assist me and I do not know where it is. It's not great service. Waste of £100.

I bought a homedics foot spa with heat... I couldn't see from the box that it cannot heat the water. False advertising. Also, I can't add oil, salt, or soap, so what's it's purpose? At least it was only $20..
Calf massager -homedics
I purchased a calf massager from them and the description said that there were three levels of heat with hot being the highest one. After using the massager I did not feel any heat at all. On further investigation I noticed a very small area that was becoming lukewarm even on the highest setting. I emailed the company but they would not give me a refund for the shipping (which would be substantial) even though they acknowledged that the heat was only mild (although it said it was supposed to be hot). The product has not been advertised correctly.
Terrible customer service
Reached out to customer service after my order was marked delivered but not delivered to the correct address (delivery shown in photos were not at my property). Their only response was to file a claim with my method of payment. This was my first purchase from their site and definitely my last. Do yourself a favor and purchase from other retailers
Horrible products and customer service
I wish I could give a zero but I can’t. I was severely burned by the Homedics Percussion Dual-Node Body Massager with Heat massager. I contacted the company and they were so nonchalant and rude about it. This was their response “Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time! Bought a massage gun paying the extra thinking Homedics was a reputable brand. Wrong. Massage gun broke not even a month after the warranty ended and we had not used much so if we had used normally I think this product was made to break just on warranty end. Of course as it was a month after warranty I had then lost the receipt. Company at first seemed helpful but after then dragging the issue out for over 6 months (requesting photos of broken product then not responding) refused to help and offered a discount voucher for another of their products. I don't think so, why would I purchase something else and waste more money for it to break just out of warranty period? A company that does not back their own products and does not seem to care about the customer. Do yourself and the environment a favour and stay away from this brand until they get the hint from all of these reviews that their products and service are obviously not what they used to be. My massage gun, bag, attachments all going to landfill along with my money. I don't believe one year out of such a product is fit for purpose or reasonable. How distressing and disappointing Homedics.

Stay away from this company as they have the worse customer service ever! I ordered a new filter for our air purifier. Somehow my address got mixed up and it was delivered to a neighbor that didn’t know me. Once I figured out where it was delivered, I went to the house and spoke with the gentleman. He didn’t know who I was so he sent the filter back to Homedics. Homedics customer service would not resend the filter to my correct address. They said I’ll receive a credit once they receive it back at their facility but I’m not expecting it. We will see. I’ll never deal with Homedics and I advise you to stay away from this horrible company.
Poor Quality Merchandise and Terrible Customer Service…
I purchased a Blood Pressure Monitor a few years ago and it came with a lifetime warranty. The unit died under warranty but they replaced it with one that only had a 5 year warranty. Well that one has already stopped working and the company wants the old one back before they will send a new one. It has been a couple of weeks now, I am still without a monitor and they have not even shipped a replacement yet. Most good companies will usually send a warranty replacement right away but not them. Very poor quality products and terrible customer service.

Homedics massage gun. Battery died after 16 months. As the warranty is only 12 months there is no help from homedics. Battery cannot be replaced so it had to be thrown in the bin. I only used it maybe 2 dozen times, really poor quality.

If i was allowed to give this company 1000 below zero, I would. they are terrible.It sold me face masks that expired 2 years ago. I paid shipping top return their items. The company got their rotten masks back on January 13, 2024 and they still refuse to refund my money.

I have enjoyed the actual Homedics Air Purifier purchased at Costco several years ago, but getting a filter refill has been a nightmare, due to their extremely poor customer service. You're only allowed to order online, so after waiting 25 minutes for customer service, I had to try that without any matching product number. The one I got didn't fit, so I sent an email (never replied beyond initial form acknowledgement letter) and tried calling again. Left my number to get return call (never returned) then called again, waiting 20 minutes for a robotic-sounding agent to finally get the correct filter to look for, again online only, snd instruction for returning the first one...which I have to pay for return. Customer service needs a serious upgrade!

I purchased a humidifier from HoMedics & after six (6) months it stopped working. They emailed me a prepaid FedEx label & I shipped it the same day, January 8, 2024. The broken humidifier is lost in transit, but since HoMedics is listed as the sender, FedEx cannot/will not deal with me. I have spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone with HoMedics explaining the issue & how essential a humidifier is for my husband at 86 years of age & suffering with COPD. Even the so called supervisior at HoMedics said she cannot/will not help me. I had to buy another humidifier - and, NO, it's not the horrible HoMedics NO customer service brand. Warning, they always have five (5) callers ahead of you & they NEVER return your call. You wait approximately 30 minutes only to be told they cannot/will not help you!

Ordered a seat cushion. Website said on sale for $29.99 plus shipping and Tax.
filled in my info, pressed place order and got a message saying could not complete order, pressed place order again and it worked BUT what I didn't see OR know was that the price went back to $74.99 and I paid $103 and change instead of $54 and change. The company said they would not change the price back. Very disappointed and I would use Homedics again.
The worst return process ever!!
I purchased a Homedics Humidifier for my home. When I went to use it for the first time, it leaked all over the place. The valve on the tank was defective. I called them, they sent me a FedEx label on Dec 18. I dropped it at a FedEx facility on Dec 20. According to the tracking, it made it to a FedEx facility near the warehouse on Dec 26 and then the tracking stopped. Totally a FedEx problem but when I called Homedics today, they do not have it in their system as being received and they are REFUSING to send me the replacement. They are now telling me that it could take 4 weeks for them to receive the return. That is ridiculous!! They never told me that it would take that long because I would have opted to return it to the store to get my money back. Additionally, they admitted that FedEx doesn't always update their tracking. Um, if you know that, why are you using them?????? Now I am out my money and a humidifier!!! They can absolutely see in their system that I did drop it at FedEx and when I dropped it at FedEx. I used they label that they provided. The correct thing would have been for them to send me the replacement anyway. I will do everything in my power to never give them another penny! By the time I get the humidifer, IF I EVER GET IT, it will be spring and not needed anymore.
Very Bad experience
Very Bad experience. The product already paid has been delivered to a wrong and to me unknown adress. I cotacted the customer Service last tuesday. No reaction. I have to say never again hoemdics

I ordered a massage chair and footbath. It went on clearance at $100 cheaper that same day. They said they wouldn't honor the sale price so I ordered another at the sale price and would return the more expensive ones. They never returned my calls or emails. I mailed it on December 12th fed ex and asked the 26th if they received it. They said they received the chair but not the footbath I said process the chair return and got no response. So I had to call back at 40 min on hold, the woman sounded like she hated me and her job, she said my refund wouldn't be processed for 2-4 weeks. This has to be a joke!!!! Never again will I buy from them which us sad because I did like their products.
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS
I purchased a humidifier in May of 2016 and absolutely LOVE it, however, for some reason it completely stopped working no matter what trouble shooting I did. I contacted customer service because of the two year warranty on a Monday and by Friday of a holiday week I had my replacement. Their customer service was exceptional and the fact that they stood behind their warranty so readily was outstanding. I spoke with an actual person and am very pleased. Give their products a try and be sure to register them.
