Homedics lies to customers to get personal details
I signed up for a 30% off site-wide coupon, giving my email and phone number (both were required). I was then told that the item I wanted to buy was not included. This was not stipulated in the initial offer, and was only in the small print I received after I gave Homedics my person information. I would consider this to be a fraudulent practice.
Since then I have received lots of spam from Homedics. The whole situation is frustrating. I feel lied to and taken advantage of. Don't trust this company.

I got a Homedics air purifier
I got a Homedics air purifier. My son paid $329 for this thing, it lasted for eight months I called the company, which is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, they said I had to purchase a $32 box to get it to ship back why do I have to pay for a box? It’s not my product that broke I said you’re not gonna stand behind your product. The lady said no I’m sorry we don’t do that. You’re kidding me. Don’t buy from this company they don’t stand behind their products.
Robbed Blind
This is the worst company I have ever come across. I attempted to order a replacement filter for the Air Purifier that they made, and I got scammed. They took my money and NEVER SENT ME THE REPLACEMENT FILTER. They sent the filter to another address. They refused to work with Fed Ex to retrieve the package from where THEY MISTAKENLY SENT IT. They assured be they would investigate this situation, THE NEVER DID. i WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO READ AND REVIEW THE COMPLAINTS ON BBB.org before dealing with Homedics If you want to do business with them after reading the complaints, then it is at your own risk. I wish I had of read the bbb.org complaints first, I would not have been robbed of my money by them and no order to show for it.
Don’t walk, run away from this company
Purchased the $500 drift table, product wouldn’t work, customer service has a 1-5 business day turn around between each email. They finally agreed it was faulty and expected me to pay the return shipping to exchange for a working item. The audacity.
Terrible customer service
Bought a percussion massager. Worked great for a few weeks and then it began to lose its charge, to the point where it’s practically unusable. Even after just a few weeks, the company does not want to honor its warranty. Basically, they can decide to honor the warranty or not depending on where the device was purchased. I feel like I've been ripped off. They didn't even offer a repair service or a replacement battery. Terrible customer service. There are several manufacturers of percussion massagers out there, avoid this one at all costs.

I Ordered online from Homedics. Purchased an air purifier as a Xmas gift. The person didn't want it so I mailed it back immediately. It was received back to them on Jan. 3rd. Cost me $33 to return it to them. Three weeks later, I still had not received a credit card refund so I called. A very uninformed girl told me that they issued the credit but my bank hadn't processed it and I should contact my bank. Since it sounded wrong, I did not contact my bank. Instead, I called back a week later and the man told me that it still wasn't processed by the "accounting dept". I asked to speak to a supervisor and the transfer call never went through. Called back and was disconnected so now I'm on hold again. If I don't pay it on my credit card, I will be charged an interest fee. Would NEVER buy directly from Homedics again and might not ever buy their products again. Horrible customer service.

I returned the item I bought giving all shipping fee details and it was not accepted. I shipped by UPS and the cost was $26.76 for shipping. The customer service person would not refund my monies because I didn't call first for a special "mailer" label. This is bad customer service. Recommend not buying from this site.

9 weeks for them to reply to 2 mails about a faulty product. Not worth the hassle. Still not resolved.
Disappointing Experience
I purchased a TotalComfort Plus Ultrasonic Humidifier on November 6th, 2021. At first, it was great. The unit was quiet, effective, and the tank had a large water capacity. I followed guidelines for cleaning and used the mineral cartridge sold by HoMedics for humidifier units. Less than two months later, the product no longer works. I have contacted HoMedics twice about the issue and have received no response at all from them. I am very disappointed in my experience. I spent more on this product in hopes I wouldn't have this type of issue, and both longevity of the product and customer service is worse than with the less costly humidifiers I've had in the past. Absolutely do not recommend.

After posting a negative review on the HoMedics website, someone from the company reached out to me and said my "review got their attention" and invited me to email or call to get assistance with my issue. I emailed with my issue again, and provided the prior case numbers from the unanswered requests for assistance. I never heard back from this third request for assistance.
I then attempted to call and was told I was outside of the return window, and they would only honor a warranty exchange. At the time of my first request for assistance, I was within the return window. I made them aware of this and it did not matter - they would not honor the return. I was told the emails I had previously received as confirmation of my case number and request for assistance had listed phone numbers I could have called for help (bypassing the email request entirely and initiating a separate customer service case). I was essentially told it was my fault for not calling and following up right away when I didn't hear back from my email request.
This company lists email as a way to address a customer service concern, but evidently telephone is the only way to do it. Due to this, I am out $90.00 for an item that lasted less than two months.
Terrible service
Purchased a HoMedics Indoor 3-Tier Relaxation Tabletop Fountain on Amazon. It was delivered with a single-voltage power adapter incompatible with my sockets and voltage system. Contacted support. They refused to help and claimed that - despite it being available, sold, shipped, and delivered in/to other countries - using it outside the USA nulls and voids the warranty.

what a horible service, ordered air filters from them but selected the wrong ones. since there was no online assistance or 1800 number to call during my order i took a chance. the main issue is now that i have to return the product i have to mail it back to them via ups which is 35$ and the product itself is 76$ . keeping them is worthless to me and sending them will cost me 35$ a fee they rudely refused to accept. most e commerce offer you return labels but not Homedics

Talking here about delivery by HoMedics is not relevant, since it was bought from another local company in my country (Netherlands) which delivered perfectly.
The thing is working well and I have no complaints
about it at all; It should kill viruses (by UV-lamp) so that is why I bought it.
At the lowest position it is almost noiseless. I
t has 3 years guarantee.
I am happy enough with it.
also, for over 10 years I have a HoMedics massage gadget for my back with a heating inside. It is still working..!; a very nice thing.
So I certainly have no complaints
“Terribe service” is a compliment for HoMedics
I live in Israel and own I own a HoMedics foot bath that needs repair. HoMedics took several weeks just to answer my e-mail request. They then referred me to their Israeli agents, Kaufman Group, which told me to bring it to their Jerusalem store for repair. I brought it there at the appointed time, only to find the store locked with no one there and no message. All my further messages to Kaufman Group and HoMedics have gone unanswered. TERRIBLE service. Avoid HoMedics like the plague!
Great Products foot+calf massage, neck and traps massager with heat. ..
I have homedics foot and calf massager as well as the neck and traps massager with heat and i love them. The neck and trap massager has the built in spots for your hands to rest in, as well make fine adjustments to the position of the massagers. The neck and massager moves and i have the plug-in version, the cordless would have been more convenient by far but no complaints. The foot and calf massager is a game changer, an absolute mind blower of a product. Brings me tears of joy and fall asleep at the peace it brings my feet and calves after a full day of standing and lifting at work. Talking about it now is making me go use it now. Also I have 0 experience with their customer support or service. I feel bad for the lady who posted her experience with customer support.
