The order through to installation…
The order through to installation process was very quick and straightforward. We were installed in July and so far, we have not had any issues with the system, batteries or the panels themselves.
Ecoway have been fully supportive throughout the whole experience

Fantastic professional service from…
Fantastic professional service from start to finish.
Initial meeting with consultant was comfortable no pressure and explained in lay mans terms so we understood exactly what we were purchasing.
Guided by the team on all aspects of the purchase of how many solar panels and batteries and where to position them.
We have ongoing advice and support if required and absolutely love checking the app on our phones to see how much power we are generating daily.
I would absolutely recommend all to look into solar.

Great service all round
Great service all round. Firstly, the initial assessment and meeting was at home and we had all the information given, without pressure to buy there and then. But, we did! They were fitted very soon after and we are now the proud home owners with panels. I must admit, my husband’s little face lights up with the free electricity. Even on winter days, which are sunny, we are filling the battery and it’s honestly one of the best decisions. Thanks to much!

The process was nothing short of efficient and quick. The installation team was extremely helpful, patient, and professional, where they answered all my questions, and later have my ev charger installed almost instantly.

A great decision
When I decided to fit solar panels I was a bit apprehensive because there was a lot of unfamiliar jargon , however the experience has been quite easy and I am delighted to have gone ahead. Not only am I receiving money back from the National Grid , I am also doing my bit for the environment

We cant thank help4homes enough for the seamless installation of our solar system.
We cant thank help4homes enough for organising our solar energy set up through Ecoway, the whole process was excellent and all finished within just over a week from the initial interview. We were provided with all the facts and specifications and went ahead as we thought it was a no-brainer. The customer service was amazing with regular updates from the team and we were consulted with every aspect of the install, the only issue we encountered was that our neighbours and our satellite signal was blocked so the team had the rig taken down within 2 days, we cant recommend them enough. may we add scaffolding went up on the Sunday and the full system was all done on the Monday amazing and the lads were fab all those thinking on getting solar do it you so wont regret it..

Help4homes contacted me on 24 July
Help4homes contacted me on 24 July, which as it happened coincided with an article I had seen about them and I was considering contacting myself. Having explained everything to me they put me in touch with installers who sent an agent to see me on 28 July. After everything was explained in detail I was very happy to agree a price and sign up. At no time did anyone apply pressure.
The installation was completed to my entire satisfaction on 10 August and scaffold removed a short time after when all was functioning well.

Contacted the company to help arrange information and appointments to look into solar panels for our house. They were great and very quick to get us to the right team and now we have solar panels which we love! Great friendly service and very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Avoid at ALL costs
Wouldn't bother even giving these guys one star but!!! Totally crap service from assesment to actually doing the job. Got my assessment on 25th July 2025 and still waiting for the work to be done, now in to September. Eneded up cancelling the finance agreement with their bank and no work will be done in my house.

Just to clarify our process; help4homes connects customers with trusted installers who complete the work. Having spoken with the recommended installer for your project, we understand they had made several attempts to contact you by both phone and email to arrange an installation date but unfortunately weren’t able to get through or receive a reply.
We can see that you’ve since cancelled your finance agreement, but if you would still like to move forward, the installer has confirmed they could book you in for installation as soon as next week. Please let us know if you’d like us to help get this arranged.

Very good company
Very good company, customer service was excellent in helping us explore our options with no pressure whatsoever. Everything was explained in a language to understand. Everything went smoothly from the introduction to the company who fitted the solar panels to feeling the financial benefit now.
