Lychee was matched with Susan & John who were perfect for him. Obviously knowledgeable about dogs, ensured that they made Lychee feel at home & kept me updated. When he went back for Trip 2 he ran towards their front door!

My dog had stayed with that family before, so I knew that she would be well cared for.

this was Macs first visit to Alison,she looked after him very well.took him for lots of walks and sent us lots of photos so we could see that he was very happy with her

With Home From Home you know your dog is going to be safe, exercised, and well cared for. What I was delighted to also see is how calm our dog was with the carer, Wendy.
When visiting a new place our dog tends to go a little crazy, exploring everything, and pushing her luck. After 24 hours, a couple of photos over WhatsApp showed the dog was able to relax, get some snoozing and cuddles in — like we know she can.
Wendy totally understood what our dog needed, was very sensible with her, and even managed to fit in a little bit of training to calm her at meal times.
There's a lot of experience in the carers, and it shows.

Fantastic communication and all questions answered and for a first time user they were great at explaining how the system worked so We felt very reassured. Friendly, efficient staff who matched us perfectly with our dog sitter who had plenty of experience with our breed.
A meet and greet was set up and she knew exactly how best to interact with our dog. She was aware that it was our first time leaving our dog who is 10 and we felt comfortable that all needs would be met. She kindly agreed to a back up plan if our trip was unexpectedly delayed but thankfully it wasn’t needed. We went on our trip with confidence that our dog was fully catered for and would have lots of fun.
Would highly recommend the service on our experience. So pleased that we were recommended by another happy client. It will be our first stop for any future trips.

Archie had a long stay with Vanessa this time and loved every minute. It is truly like another home for him and another doggy mum. Vanessa and Jess look after him so well, he gets thoroughly spoilt. When I drop him off he runs in and when I collect him he goes between the 2 of us, it's like he is not sure which one to stay with. I would thoroughly recommend Vanessa and already have Archie booked in for another stay.

Home from Home Dog Boarding Service were great! I spoke to them in great length about our needs and concerns, and they reassured me in a professional and unhurried way. I completed the necessary forms and was very quickly matched with carers near to our location. Myself and Luna met with the chosen carers and were thrilled! They were lovely, and the arrangement was finalised. Whilst we were away they kept us updated daily and sent pictures too. We could see how happy and relaxed Luna was(she certainly made herself at home!) which enabled us to be able to fully enjoy our holiday. A fabulous experience, we can’t thank the carers enough! We will definitely use their service again!😊

As always Lulu had a wonderful time with Monika and Alessandro. She was well looked after as usual and the updates where perfect letting us know she was enjoying herself.

HFH took a great deal of care to find appropriate sitter for my old dog Daisy. The match was perfect! Jackie and Charlie were brilliant and looked after Daisy as if she were their own adapting their day to focus on her every need. We received updates and videos every day and it was wonderful to see Daisy so happy and relaxed.
We will definitely be using this service again.

Home from Home made finding a suitable dog sitter very easy and straight forward, and called me as soon as they had found someone in my area, gave me all the info I needed and then let me get in touch with the sitter myself, which I thought was really helpful. Jackie and Charlie were absolutely wonderful with our sausage Reggie, he's still a puppy and toilet training but they were more than happy to accommodate him and treated him like their own, with lots of photos and video updates whilst we were away. We couldnt have asked for better sitters for our dog and will definitely be contacting them again next time.

Home from home is a very personal service which in today’s world is rare. The booking staff are always pleasant and helpful and the carers are excellent. My dog is always happy to go and I know that she is looked after exceptionally well.
