The testing itself was fine. On multiple occasions someone else logged into our test, and it required waiting on hold to reset it delaying our start time, once by over half an hour. One day we didn’t receive our log in information requiring calling and waiting on hold again. It seems things could have gone smoother. We probably called 7 times for assistance due to logistical errors in order to complete or proceed with testing.

Every part of the process was easy and the reports we received were very detailed and helpful.

You made the process as simple as possible. It was my 6th grader’s 1st time taking a standardized test and he was not worried or stressed thanks to the audio option and the easy to understand instructions.

User friendly. My child closed out of the test a couple times on accident. The staff was quick to answer the phone and get us logged back in. Highly recommend homeschool boss for at home test taking.

Easy to navigate!

This is the second year we are using the map growth for our PEP requirement. I found the process went smoothly this year and seeing the detailed report comparison with previous testing was very beneficial. I highly recommend this service.

We have used Homeschool Boss for 3 years now for our end of the year testing. It's user friendly and any issues have been resolved almost immediately. We are thankful to have a program that allows us to get this accomplished so easily.

The information sent to get my children ready for their tests was sent in a timely manner. Results were also sent in a timely manner. Communication with the proctor via text made it efficient and simple during testing.

The testing was very straightforward and we got results quickly. The customer service was wonderful.

We are a first time homeschooler to participate in state testing. The communication was quick and helpful. Links were intuitive and easy to use. Instructions were clear and thoughtful prep work to be sure your computer is compatible. Customer service was always cheerful and always helpful. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is actually for several tech reasons. A few times as my son started his test for the day, after 1-3 questions in, it would glitch and kick him out. Then we'd have to call in where again the customer service was helpful but a pain to have to call in! On more than one day we simply couldn't finish all the testing (due a few students here and to things outside of testing) and had to pause the test. For that, we had to call in again. They happily paused it but then the next day had to call in again to get my child back on the list. We had to call in for support soo many times it became frustrating. I had to remind them of the test needed, the grade level and so forth. If HSB could lessen the times we have to have them fix issues, it will be a more pleasant experience. We loved that we got immediate feedback and the actual test results the next day! That was gold for us! We will use HSB again and hope for smoother testing.

I had no idea what I was doing when it came to testing. Homeschool Boss politely and patiently answered all of my questions and helped me along the way. I would highly recommend using them!

The communication was top tier and the IT service for connectivity issues during the test were quick and easy.

Customer service was excellent! We had a power outage on our test date and rescheduling was made super easy! So thankful! Testing went well and the platform is fairly simple to use.
