Customer service was excellent! We had a power outage on our test date and rescheduling was made super easy! So thankful! Testing went well and the platform is fairly simple to use.

We will definitely choose NWEA MAP testing through Homeschool Boss moving forward. The whole process was an absolute breeze, extremely user-friendly. The kids enjoyed the whole process, too! Love that they email/text the morning of, with the phone number of a proctor you can call for questions. THANK YOU. So simple and straight-forward. In our modern, overly-complicated world, this testing experience was a breath of fresh air with minimal, CLEAR, simple instructions and everything worked great. Thank you!!

The tests was super easy to login to and just go. It made it easy. I would like to that the drag and drop tool is a little difficult to use. Also in the reading test please use real words for the syllables questions my son got a little confused with the gibberish words

Ease of logging into test. Instructions were clear and communicated in a timely manor. My kids aged 8 and 10 found site easy to navigate and had no trouble navigating the test on their own with no technical issues.
