I reached out to Home Selling Expert after a potential buyer backed out of purchasing my property. We had a reservation for a new build, but the developer wouldn't hold the plot indefinitely. I initially thought Matthew might not be able to assist further, but he stayed on the call and reviewed various options, including examining our property listing on Rightmove. He pointed out that our current estate agent had predominantly lower-budget clients and suggested an alternative agent with numerous properties valued significantly higher than ours, indicating they might have clients suitable for our property. After considering that I was committed to the first agent for 20 weeks, he advised me to market the property with both agents on a dual-agency basis. I'm now awaiting the outcome.
