Turning in a claim was straight forward…

Turning in a claim was straight forward and easy. Trying to get my access fixed to my online account proved much more difficult. After multiple efforts to get an email to reset my password I gave up. Never did receive reset directions via email.

Useless Policy

My warranty is strictly related to/covers exterior issues. An exterior issue was found while investigating an interior issue. Because the exterior issue is not actively causing a backup or leakage, my warranty won't cover it - although there is an apparent exterior issue, where tree roots has caused a 14 inch break (pictures taken by another company). That company is going to fix it, which pretty much renders you guys useless to me. After this review, I'll be cancelling my policy with you guys.
