Excellent service. Have purchased several times from Hopeless Botanics and each time the plants arrive quickly and in great condition. A year or so later we had a small concern with a couple plants and they were very helpful in understanding the issue and providing solutions. Have purchased additional plants that are just lovely and better suit the room.

I’ve been curious about terrariums since I first made one as a boy, and after seeing so many inspiring videos online I decided to finally give it a go at Hopeless Botanics in Dublin. From the moment I stepped into their shop with its gentle garden scent and welcoming display of plants I felt right at home, and they even offered a delightful selection of drinks to sip while you work. Erin was fantastic: patient, friendly and clear in her instructions, and she made sure we had more than enough supplies to experiment with. I took my time finding the design that felt like me, and it was such a treat to customize every layer and plant choice. The whole experience was so enjoyable that I’ve already returned for extra pots, supplies and more greenery. This workshop deserves well over five stars. Hopeless Botanics is a real gem for anyone looking to get creative or just unwind in a beautiful, plant-filled space, and I can’t wait to do it again!

Brilliant, everyone should try this if they are looking for something to do in Dublin. Very good sized terrarium, brilliant selection of plants, great hosts, wine, tea, excellent service and experience.

I love HB but bought a plant as a Xmas present and went with the recommended pot on the website to gift alongside the plant. The pot was huge and not at all suitable unfortunately so there was a last min dash to a local florist for another pot. Loyal customer though so will be back!

My purchases were exactly what I ordered and. They were well packaged and an added bonus is that it was with spotless reused bubble wrap. The delivery was very quick and there was a lovely note inside.

Fast delivery and excellent packaging. However, regarding the product itself, the ordered Premium Orchid Mix didn’t look as expected. There was hardly any sphagnum moss in it; it was mostly coco coir, and, for some reason, the substrate arrived damp.

Great product and easy process. The only downside was lack of next-day delivery option, needed to wait about a week from the order (they do give a warning about it though, so wasn't a surprise)
