An item I wanted wasn't in stock so the owner (?) contacted me to let me know and offered me an alternative or a refund. They were accommodating and the delivery was quick. They included something extra to apologise for the inconvenience and I really appreciated it! I will buy from Hopeless Botanics again. Thank you!

Fantastic workshop with Erin & Jessica. Tremendously enjoyed the 2 hours, and walked out with a gorgeous terrarium and some learnings on the contents. Its an introduction, then a build, with guidance and help all the way - Couldn't recommend it higher!!! Makes for a great gift or even just to treat yourself - GO DO ONE!!!!

Wonderful plants, wonderful people. The customer care they give when you go into the place is brilliant. You’ll leave with a lovely plant and nice pot to go with it recommended gently by the shop keeper. The shop’s solidarity with Palestine is a plus!! Lovely to see that Palestinian flag upon entry 💜🇵🇸

This is a wonderful shop- a treasure trove of beautiful plants and pots. We attended a Terrarium workshop and had a wonderful evening. We booked the workshop as a team event, had some drinks and nibbles whilst building our own terrariums. Everyone had a great evening. Erin is a knowledgeable, engaging and passionate host. Would highly recommend the workshop.
