The plant that was initially ordered as a gift was unfortunately damaged on arrival - the pineapple had detached from the body of the plant. However, Erin and the team at HB went out of their way to rectify the problem by hand delivering a replacement. Thank you!!!

Gorgeous pots and plants. Really happy with my purchase, delivery was speedy and service was excellent - a pot I ordered was actually out of stock but they found a similar pot at no extra cost and rang to check this would be ok before sending it out. Plants were very healthy are growing well in their new home.
