I’m so happy with the plants and pots I got. I ordered online and when they arrived they were so well packaged and the plants were in perfect condition! I lost one of the care guides and when I emailed I got a really quick response with a copy attached. Such a brilliant service!

Delivery presentation was really lovely, very personal and made me smile😊
My plant looks super and the care instructions are clear and to the point. My 2 bars of plant based chocolate from Cadburys are a very nice touch and very tasty.
(I had initially selected a bigger plant, but delivery to where I live wasn't an option which was disappointing... Unfortunately, I didn't find this out until I went to checkout!)
Overall I'm very happy with my prompt delivery and will tell my friends all about Hopeless Botanics!

I love this company and their plants!
I love this company. I have ordered from them three or four times. The website and Instagram are full of really useful information and make plant care accessible for even novices like me, with a history of killing houseplants! I was recognised as a returning customer, which was lovely. The plants arrive in beautiful condition with great little information cards. We will be ordering again!

I am really delighted with my…
I am really delighted with my houseplant purchased from Hopeless Botanics. I got great advice from Leanne on how to care fot it. She also sent me beautiful photos of pots to go with it and i am really pleased with the one I chose. It is a great addition to my sittingroom and I will cherish it for many years to come.
