Wrong item delivered.
Wrong item delivered.. they can't ship the correct item and it could take 3 weeks to get a refund so I can order elsewhere. Disappointed to say the least.. even when I sent their customer service a picture of the obviously wrong item, first thing they said was we can't ship a replacement correct order because of our system..

Good experience
The Vetericyn products seem to be out of stock everywhere, so after a bit of searching I came across this store and they had the products I wanted in stock, now it did state the delivery time might take 10 days or so on the product page, but my delivery arrived earlier than estimated and the products were packaged very well.
The products use by date is one year which was great as a different store sold me the same products that were out of date after a month!
The shop also sends you the tracking info and keeps you up to date

Excellent item & great communications…
Excellent item & great communications from the company. Lovely item at a fair price. It took a long time to get here as the Irish postal service kept taking it to the wrong sorting address & it went twice round Ireland before I got it.

Very pleased with the service from Horze.ie, my items were delivered on time and when I did get in touch with customer service (I forgot to add my contact mobile number to the order) they got back to me straight away and reassured me that my request had been actioned. I will definitely use this company again.

Over two week deliver time
Over two week deliver time, only one part of my order arrived and still waiting on the second part. At no stage did I receive an email to inform me of this.
