Excellent service. Polite. Friendly. Efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend. Brilliant.

Very helpful as soon as we met Dan at the showroom, he came out measured the garden advised what hot tubs would be suitable. Once we had chosen the tub it was fitted within 2 weeks. We have received emails from the aftercare explaining when we should change the filter and the water. I have already recommended Hot Tub Liverpool to a work colleague who is hoping to purchase a hot tub in the near future.

Great customer service, super friendly and professional team

I got recommended to this company from my hot tub supplier, with them being closer to my home.
From the first phone to Claire in the office and then meeting Mike the fitter, I felt like I was in very good hands.
Mike thoroughly checked everything on the tub, I was praying it was the cheaper of what we'd discussed on the phone. Sadly, it was the brain of the tub that had broken, the most expensive part.
I rang my supplier who gave me a price on the part, Mike said for me to hang on, he would try and get me a cheaper quote.
He was true to his word. I am over the moon with his work and friendly reliant service. I rely so much on my tub for my health. I cannot reccomend them enough.
He has also told me they sell all supplies for my tub, at very competitive rates.
I am really happy from start to finish, from now on I will always be using The Hot tub Company.

Hot tub relocation due to house move - faultless!

Just had a visit from Mike Hot tub liverpool.
Having purchased a hot tub a couple of years ago from them.
It developed a problem …Contacted Dan. Who assured us it would be sorted.
A couple of months later a new hot tub arrived. Wow !!! Which had updated controls and higher spec.
There was a problem with my new hot tub a pipe had came off in transit (which is not unusual). And a blower wasn’t working. We again contacted Dan and Mike came out to sort it right away.

Our visit to showroom was impressive, Dan helped with all our questions, and we arranged site visit. From start to finish the Liverpool Hot Tub team have been excellent answered any questions quickly and was kept updated on all aspects of installation. Early teething aspects after installation was dealt with swiftly and I would highly recommend Liverpool Hot Tub

Mike and Claire were great. Really good communication throughout the order process and Mike worked incredibly hard on the day of installation. Thoroughly recommend!

The service included a (problematic) relocation and subsequent service and commissioning. We were keen to have our Jacuzzi moved asap but on the date available for both HotTubs and a crane hire - we were on holiday. We entrusted our garage key to them and when we got home, everything was perfect and in place. After our electrician wired in, a service was arranged and carried out by Mike. Advice was generously given and the job done! We will not hesitate to use them in the future. Claire, in the office is knowledgeable and professional for any initial enquiries, concerns, parts and servicing.
