Hot Tub Liverpool Avis 

Been great service from the start, bought the hot tub on the Saturday and it was delivered an set up by Tuesday. Been kept up to date throughout about delivery details an what we needed to do. Daniel went through all the details on how it all works, was explained so well even the missus understood. Sorry hun, couldn’t resist.

Mike & mate “sorry, can’t remember your name🙄” recently relocated our hot tub to the next door property! Although it wasn’t one of their biggest relocation jobs, it was apparently one of the heaviest “6 seater” hot tubs they’d moved manually!! Throughout the process, they were always contactable, polite, professional, efficient & on time👍
We will be needing to move te same hot tub again in the near future, and will definitely be using Hot Tub Liverpool again.

Absolutely superb service!! From booking to completion.
Was super easy to book this service online & was contacted within a few hours with availability. Winter shutdown all complete and is gleaming…just waiting for next spring to get it back up and running!
But for now it’s all tucked up for the winter!! Wouldn’t buy from anyone else, Mike & Dan are fab! No question is too small, & believe me I asked many even months after purchasing!!

I was stressing about the installation and getting the tub into the garden with not having much space to spare. You walked me through what would happen if i decided to go ahead with the purchase. As this was a surprise purchase you made sure it was safe to call and not give the secret away. From enquiry, purchase, installing to you guys leaving has been a breeze. So friendly, I will definitely be guiding family and friends your way when their after buying a Hot Tub. Thank you for teaching us to use and store the chemicals safely, the information given to us is paramount on the pleasure we get out the tub. Also, guidance on the safety of the tub while its not in use. All this information and friendly approach has a huge impact on the whole package and experience of buying a tub of you guys, having pets and children safety around water is important to us all and it is great the way you echo that to your customers.
