Raj was fantastic with helping us with cleaning and clearing a property. Steve and his team who helped with the clearing were also fantastic. Raj also helped to get cleaners in who were amazing and made the property look a lot better. Allan and his team did an amazing job. Couldn’t thank them all enough!

Garage of junk - cleared.
We have a garage that hasn’t been used as such for years. Well, generations really. It has been used as a dumping ground for anything & everything ie junk!
The guys, Joe & Daniel, arrived even earlier than expected, and cleared the lot - in no time at all. And, bonus, they were very personable too, despite the prospect of clearing a mountain of accumulated junk.
For us, what was an extremely daunting task, they executed highly efficiently.
We therefore have no hesitation in recommending.

Our late aunt's house
Having never had to arrange a house clearance before we were unsure about what was involved.
From the very first conversation with Raj we were guided through the process courteously and efficiently, with no query being too small.
The team did an amazing job in difficult circumstances and cleared the shed and greenhouse as well.
Greatful to all involved and would not hesitate to recommend.

Highly recommended, a pleasure to deal with
Raj and the team were lovely to deal with, from the initial contact to enquire re timescales and get a quote through to completing the job. They were able to flex to accommodate a late timing preference and kept in touch throughout the process. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a house clearance in Fife.

Excellent E2E House Clearance Service
We used House Clearance Collective for my elderly father’s house (dementia patient, hoarder). They made what would have been a very daunting & overwhelming task for the family much easier and alleviated considerable stress for us.
The service included full clearance, deep clean and grounds/garden maintenance. Worth every penny, I cannot fault the service in any way, would recommend to anyone who finds themselves in a similar position.
Thanks to Raj, Irene and the team. Appreciate your collective efforts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
