Fantastic communication and order issue resolution

It’s always a risk spending a lot of money with a company you haven’t heard of, and in this instance I wouldn’t recommend. My order is well past its due delivery date and I’ve sent three emails to their customer service to no reply, and their logistics company won’t return my calls - despite telling me they will. Assume the order is either lost or on back order - but have no actual way of knowing as nobody will speak to me. Very poor so far, but if someone responds or better yet - delivers - I’d be happy to amend my review.

We bought a baroque style double bed , but could not get matching bedside tables. The bed arrived on time as promised ; and we like it. We had to get the matching tables from elsewhere.

The furniture is stunning we bought table and chairs it's exactly what we were looking for ,the quality is superb delivery for table was a bit slow but was kept informed the chairs arrived very quick,if you want stunning furniture and not the boring run of the mill rubbish then take a look at this site

Ordered an easel.
Very quick delivery and the item was lovely. A couple of faults but I think we were unlucky. They apologised and the problem was resolved.

Delivery was only 3 days after ordering, but the wrong coloured product was delivered. I reached out to customer service via email & had a response in less than 30 minutes.
