Exceptional customer service.
The items received were well packed(important as they are fragile!) and were delivered quickly. Unfortunately one of the items was the incorrect colour- not this company’s fault but their supplier who had labelled the goods incorrectly. Kayu arranged for a replacement direct from the suppliers themselves which was dealt with promptly. I must commend this company on their exceptional customer service and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Just a small problem with the availability of a certain lampshade. Called to see if it was in stock which I was told it was (before making payment) turns out the one showing in stock was a replacement for another customer. Obviously a lack of communication between staff, refunded so no further issues.

Fantastic company
Fantastic company. I ordered two Namuna, Nkuku Wooden trays to use as tops for two round tables. On arrival one of the trays was slightly damaged, however I contacted Kayu straightaway and they replaced the damaged tray and dealt with my issue professionally and promptly. I will definitely buy from this company again! Thank you Brian and Pippa x

Fantastic company
Fantastic company, I’m so impressed by the service I received. Updated throughout the process from initially placing order to receiving item. Postage charge was extremely reasonable, received my item the next day, beautifully and carefully packaged.
