The Housesitting Company Avis 

Excellent communication throughout, and a brilliant housesitter who looked after our property and our two elderly cats with great care. We couldn't have asked for better.

I used this company to look after my geriatric dog and my house. I was abused via WhatsApp by the sitter because my dog was unwell. We lost his Sister 2 weeks before I went away and then I disappeared. My poor fur baby must have been grieving for his sister and me. My house was left dirty, things are missing, things are broken. Bleach was used on the carpet and now has white patches on it. This company is not interested in my complaints or resolving them.

Using a professional company gives peace of mind that the housesitter has insurance and has been vetted. I didn’t have a confirmed person until 10days before our trip, which made me a little nervous. It was an easy website to navigate, easy to set up my request for service, and simple to see profiles of potential housesitters.

Pay 2 sleep in a strange bed,urine stained mattress,polyester sheets n use grotty ,scungy shower.....n get 3 stars 4 the privelege......no thanks.much better sites 2 be on.lol

This felt so safe using this company bearing in mind we were putting complete strangers into our home. The fact they had been vetted and interviewed etc gave us confidence to enjoy our holiday.

Quick response times. Great resources to use to get everything ready for the sitter. Easy to use website. Very happy with our experience.

Very helpful team & all very easy - found great house/pet sitters easily. Also great hints & tips plus what info to provide to housesitters.

Our house sitters were amazing, they looked after our house and dog like they were their own.

Also they looked after our on site cottage which is a Air BNB, we did the communication and we have professional cleaners but they ensure washing was dry, basket packed for new visitors, milk bought and greeted visitors.

I couldn't recommend this service any higher. We will be using them again next year as we travel for buisness every year.

Would recommend using The Housesitting Company. Was impressed with the level of personal service we received, a phone call to check if were happy and if we had any questions. We found some great house/pet sitters which made our holiday stress free.

Great that you check the sitters first and you can read reviews. We were really happy with the sitter we chose and the way it all worked.

Very easy company to use right from the first point of contact. The sitters we had were fantastic and great without dog. We came home to a very clean home and a happy dog.

Thanks to the excellent support and information from the company I felt confident about taking this on, and it couldn't have gone better. I really enjoyed the whole experience and knew that if I needed additional support it would be there for me.
