Just want to say thank you so much for the speed and organisation of the repairs to my sons hoverboard, it was fixed today promptly while my wife waited and my son was so happy to have it back on the same day as good as new, please can you pass on my gratitude to the technician at the workshop his and your customer service was outstanding, hope to be back to you around Christmas time to buy the next gadget on his Christmas list.

Having had great fun from the board for many months and really putting it through its paces, including cobbles, it developed a fault. Board repaired and returned within days under warranty. Brilliant!

Requested a return/refund as the board wasn't quite the one my son wanted. Nothing wrong with the board itself, just a little heavier than he realised. Request was dealt with very quickly as was the refund once they had received the unused item back.

Fantastic customer service. We purchased a board a few months ago and encountered a problem with it. Customer service were so fast at trying to remedy it and arranged for the board to be shipped back and repaired. In all took less than a week. Highly recommend.

Not a great experience in that our Hoverboard developed a fault after a few weeks. HOWEVER, Customer Service was marvellous even when there were issues with DPD, and once the delivery was sorted they were extremely quick and efficient and sorting the problem. They couldn't have been more helpful despite the problem being out of their hands.

The hoverboard we got for our son at Christmas is just great, he loves it. Very helpful customer service and helpful again today as we needed a refund for an item ordered in error, dealt with and refunded immediately.

You truly have the best customer service I’ve ever come across. From the people answering your emails, to the unbelievably fast turn around for a repair. Sent to be delivered to you on Friday. Was back with us on Monday - all working again. Cannot fault your service in anyway. Thank you so much.

So my two bought two hoverboards last year one with a kart in the special offers and one with lightning paintwork only, the kids are still using these almost daily 16 months on and is likely the only toy/ thing they have never gotten board of, naturally with so much use some items need replacing and hoverboards.co.uk have always been quick to reply, competitive and extremely helpful. Can’t rate this company or the products high enough! Was worried at first about how much the total cost was but all this time and joy that has been had leaves me glad we saved up!

Claire provided me with exactly the information I wanted. It was especially useful considering that it wasnt a product that they manufactured and distributed. Really Really grateful

Refund Experience
Ordered a Hoverboard for my daughters birthday. As delivery was guaranteed by 31st May I then decided I couldn't take the chance on it not arriving on time. I rang up to cancel the same day, and as advised followed up with an email to confirm. Laura refunded my payment very promptly and without any hassle. Excellent service. Thank you. Would recommend.

Looked on the website to see the 2 options I wanted were out of stock and only available on pre order for a date after I needed. Panicked and rang them, luckily they had a few in stock sent me to the online live chat, where I spoke to Claire who sent me the exact link to order the bundle I wanted. I then selected the wrong colour, I received 2 phone calls from the company to confirm the correct colour and another confirmation email from Claire!! Customer service is absolutely spot on! Based on this alone they are due 5 stars. If anything changes after the board is delivered I will update. If this doesn’t change from a 5* review I suggest you order now. Thanks guys!

I cannot recommend highly enough. Fantastic high quality product. My 9 year old daughter loves it. The customer service is excellent, always responds so quickly and very efficient.

Amazing product and superb company. We purchased two hoverboards for Christmas both arrived before the stated date. The kids have been whizzing around and thrilled with their gift. We purchased two Hoverboards from Hoverboards.co.uk for our children in December and have found there customer service amazing, i would highly recommend them as a business to deal with. We live in Ireland and buying something from another country can be tricky especially if anything goes wrong with the product. Not the case with this company, In January (middle of lockdown) and my son had a problem with the battery on his hoverboard, I was sent a replacement battery and extra straps for the go cart, no delay or messing around.
Last week my daughters wheel on her go cart broke and within 6 days of sending Sam and Laura an email I had received not one but two wheels...such amazing service!

Bought a Hoverboard for my daughter's birthday. She absolutely loves it, but then we had a problem with charging it. Contacted Laura, who was absolutely amazing! The Hoverboard was fixed and returned to us in a few days. Great service and lovely to deal with!

Ordered a hovercart before Christmas, despite the obvious problems being experienced by all international shippers it arrived in time. My son loves it but we had a problem charging it after a few weeks. Contacted Laura, she arranged for it to be collected, repaired and return, all within 7 days. Superb customer service!! Many retail outlets are falling by the wayside for many reasons, but indifferent customer service is one of them (Debenhams!!). It doesn't take too much effort to make you stand out from the current sea of mediocrity, but Hoverboards.co.uk stands out!! Seriously impressed and thoroughly recommend!!
